I have been an Owner Operator in The Tulsa area since 1994. All of my business is repeat or referrals. I am also I.I.C.R.C. certified which is recommended by ALL the carpet manufactures as the preferred cleaner. All my equipment is Truck mounted. Only the hoses and the wand come inside. I use only detergents made for Stain Resistant Carpets so no worry of the Scotch Guarding being removed. All carpet is Pre-sprayed with a hot water detergent to loosen and liquefy the dirt, then rinsed with hot water to remove the detergent AND dirt, leaving it residue-free as to not attract soil. Carpets stay cleaner longer. The use of hot water also allows the carpet to dry faster.This is the Manufacturers preferred way of cleaning. Tile and grout cleaning is cleaned basically the same way except my tile machine scrubs the tile and grout, pressure washes it and vacuums all at the same time so there is never a mess, just clean tile and grout. Great for travertine!!
