"Grumpy's Drains was the only company who could get us on their schedule within a week. A half hour before our appointment time, Keith called to let me know he was on his way and then showed up exactly on time. My husband had tried to snake the drains multiple times with no success. Keith was able to clean the clog out of the tub in less than 10 minutes (water balloon and hair clog). He then went to work on the pedestal sink. That was a much more difficult clog while working in a tight space. Keith was cheerful, funny and kind the entire time. The first clog cost a flat $178 and the additional drain was $88. It was money well spent and I would absolutely call on this company again in the future."

"These guys are great. They stayed in touch, were on time, made minimal cuts in the drywall (made sure they were behind the microwave hood area and range. They stayed in touch with city inspectors and coordinated visits. In fact, the inspector signed off on the permit after installation without requiring a second inspection with the appliance hooked up and running, because, he said, I've seen these guys' work before and they are top notch. Everything was smooth and easy. And the bid was the bill. No surprises and that is a blessing in any remodeling project. Highly recommend."

"This is our one-and-only bathroom in the house, but Charlie made it easy for us to live through the remodel.  It only took about 2-3 weeks from the beginning to the end of construction.  Charlie and the crew were very respectful, clean and conscientious so as not to disturb the rest of our living space during the project.

Everything in the new bathroom functions so well. We're so happy with the quality of work and attention to detail. Charlie's advice to install a built-in soap cubby, a heated floor, motion sensing lights at floor/ceiling, a motion sensing flush toilet, and even a hidden medicine cabinet that comes out of the dead space behind the shower valve.  We never would have thought of these details and now we love using them everyday in this new bathroom.  

We are happy with not only all the functionalities of the bathroom, but also all the design choices.  Since we have a very small space to work with we have chosen light colors for all the materials, and it makes the space look much bigger than it is.  Charlie has helped us through the process of choosing materials.  When we first chose a floor tile that may have been too slick when wet, for example, he has informed us that and suggested something else that's less slick but just as pretty.  I love taking photos of my artwork in the new bathroom - it gives a clean look with always ample amount of light.  

We are extremely happy wth the new bathroom!  We couldn't have asked for it to turn out any better.  Absolutely the best thing we've ever done to our house!

"The crew who came to the house included: Chris, Josh, Christian and Jeff. They were all very professional and they explained very clearly what work needed to be done and where they would need to cut into walls and ceilings. We have a 3 bathroom house with a full finished basement. The crew attempted to make easy cuts for me to repair. The house was as clean as can be expected after two days of work. The job was done completely and thoroughly. We had an issued with the shut off valve and they returned the next day to fix our issue and Josh came out he was professional and friendly. "Eugene is so capable, talented and amazing! He single handedly put all of our furniture out of the way so he can start installing our floor. He removed the toilet to install the floor and FIX OUR TOILET! He then removed our refrigerator, range, and dishwasher ALL BY HIMSELF!! He originally told me he would have my floor done in 5 days but finished in 3 days. Before he left I asked him to give me an estimate for our carpeted area. We will have him install our carpet next. We requested some little things he even went right to Home Depot to help us finish the job. I will highly recommend using Flooring Pro Inc. There are only 5 stars on the review, I would give him 10 stars if I could."
