They handled everything from demo (tub and tile removal) through finish work (luxury vinyl plank flooring, drywall, trim, painting), and installed a beautiful new tile shower and new toilet. It was a pleasure working with Stephen and Dustin to plan this project, and the specialists who executed the plan were exceptional - every person on this job was professional, skilled, friendly, reliable, and on time. "This Pro removed an old storm door and installed a new storm door. Gutters were cleaned out and gutter covers were installed. Failed bathroom exhaust fan unit was replaced with a newly installed unit. In 2 bathrooms a medicine cabinet with mirror was installed, new shower unit was installed, new toilet seat was installed. Peephole was installed in front door. Internal door lock latches were installed. Outside downspout drain extenders were installed. Mini-blinds were installed at french door panels. Custom window curtain fittings were adjusted up for better fit. Will re-hire."

"Pros: It went well, and the overall quality is good - they offered alternative solutions other contractor estimates did not (to help lower the cost). They take pride in their work and are willing to go the extra mile for satisfaction, even after work completion. Cons: We put our deposit in and signed a contract a few months before the job, and it wasn't until a week or two before the job we found out the material was discontinued (after we already selected paint color and floor design from separate contractor) We were forced into their schedule, after noting certain restrictions we had with working midnight shift. (for items like inspections and lingering things after the "scheduled" work was complete)."

"We had a pipe break in our second floor bathroom. We were able to stop the leak the morning after the leak happened, and we called our insurance, and they told to call S I restoration. They sent out a crew of 4 or 5 people, tore out the carpet, and set up fans that eventually dried everything out. We started to notice that it was a while before anyone from SI restoration would come in and actually start the restoration. The demolition crew was very prompt, but not the restoration crew. When they finally would come out, they would only work for 2-3 hours and then they would disappear. The work they did was very good. The bad news is that they would send out workers and there would be very inexperienced supervisors of the workers that would come out. When the supervision is bad, the workers don't seem to work all that hard. We complained to our insurance agent because we hired them upon his recommendation, he was disappointed in them. We tried to talk to the owners, but they were out of town, and the people that they sent were so inexperienced, it was nearly impossible to work with them. We simply wanted to get the work done. My husband complained to the company and things improved from there. From there, the work started to pick up. One thing that really upset me was that they turned in hours into the insurance company that both myself, and the inexperienced supervisor knew wasn't accurate. The good news again, is that once they finally completed the job, was that it was a very good job. The bad news was that it was very poorly managed."

"the leak was discovered Wednesday morning. Water was already leaking to the second floor. Sheri Lane was wonderful to place a claim for us, however the Friday scheduled service was just not responsive enough for us and we had the work done for $399.00. I'm sending in a paid invoice for reimbursement consideration. As a Homeowner, we just needed to minimize secondary damage that we realize is not covered under the home warranty.  The workman was meticulous about keeping everything as clean and dust free as possible.
All areas were shrouded in plastic sheeting and all floors were protected.

"The windows arrived on time but there was six windows that arrived with half screens , which are fine for opening the bottom half of the window but opening the upper the screen does not fit well to the window and bugs just come on in... was promised replacement FULL SIZED screens NEVER happened! March24,2020 we had the final windows installed but the kitchen window screen was torn before it was even off the truck...was again promised a quick replacement . I have called repeatedly about the screens to be promised again and again to have them soon... it’s now 4 months later and STILL no screens!!! We bought top of the line windows so they’d last a long time and do enjoy fresh air in the house often but can not open the Kitchen window because of the lack of the screen!! NOT HAPPY!!!"
