"Refrigerator had stopped cooling the refrigerator compartment - running constantly and freezer section was fine. I called Same Day Service. They explained how there service calls worked and set a window when they would arrive (true to the name, later that day). Service tech and an apprentice arrived right on schedule. Quickly determined that the defrost control was shot. He had one on the truck. It was quickly replaced. He then instructed me that the freezer needed to be completely defrosted over 24 hours before the refrigerator could be turned back on. Waited until the defrost was complete and it is running great now. I also want to say that this guy was an amazing teacher. Watching him instruct the apprentice in how to do the job and make sure that it was done correctly was enlightening. Both were extremely professional. I will be calling Same Day Service for all my future appliance repair jobs."

"I called Paul's to do some preventative maintenance on our fridge, dishwasher, washer and dryer to try and head off more costly repairs down the line. Not only were they friendly on the phone, on time for the appointment, and friendly and efficient during the appointment, but the technician showed me some simple things I could do to prevent issues down the line. The technician cleaned the fridge condenser, cleared the drain pipes in the dishwasher and washer and checked the dryer venting and recommended a lint screen replacement for which they will be following up."

"This company was EXCELLENT! We are new to MA, I didn't know who to call so I went to Angie's list. Mr. Appliance had excellent reviews and the woman on the phone was friendly and very professional. She explained upfront the basic charge as well as our options. She then booked us for the next day" The company sent an email with their company info and a picture of the repairman that would be coming to our home. Geoge was terrific! He communicated what was wrong and the cost to repair the machine. The price was reasonable, the part ordered and a few days later (he was there on a Friday, of course) everything was up and running. "My washing machine would not cycle correctly.  I called the 1-800 number for Complete Appliance Protection and they said they would send out a repairman.  I asked who they were sending, and they told me the names of two companies they use, so I chose the one located closer to my home.  I was able to call the repairman directly and set up an appointment for that evening!  The repairman came right over, assessed the problem and ordered the part.  Two days later he came over after I got home from work and repaired the machine.  I did not have to pay him anything.  I would recommend that particular appliance repair company to anyone who needed service done at their home. <br>This is the first time I've used Complete Appliance Protection, and I realize it was for a very minor repair.  However, since I have lived in this home for 25 years and some of my appliances are reaching the end of their lifespan, I expect to be using this service more frequently; I hope the next repair goes as smoothly as this one. <br>"
