"I called Van yesterday evening to ask about clearing a drain at my home. He was responsive, quick and we scheduled a time the next day. He and Toni came to my home and after some inspections of the issue cleared the drain with little to no mess. They both were friendly, professional , prompt and quick to work. I would and plan to hire them in the near future for any and all plumbing repairs."

"George went out of his way to get me a weekend emergency drain cleaning appt. Hugo did a great job and explained in detail the issue and the solution."

"The plumber arrived on time. He inspected the shower drain and answered questions and provided suggestions for keeping it clear in the future. He unclogged a sink and it works great now."

"Have used Boston Standard for two jobs. They have great customer service. 1) purchased their AC Tuneup special on Angie's list. Was able to get a tech to come out the following week. I have a tricky unit, it's up in the attic in a small crawl space with a lot of flexible ducts. Their tech climbed up there to service the unit and moved some of the ducts to increase air flow. They even cleared away some of the vines and leaves that had become trapped around the compressor outside. When they were finished the tech explained everything to me including the age of our system and related problems. When I mentioned we had some plumbing work as well, she took pics of the work and got us estimates. 2) Plumbing work: Hot water heater was leaking (faulty temp and pressure release valve) and called in some emergency work on a Sunday evening. The tech was there in an hour and promptly fixed the issue. I definitely recommend them. They do cost more than some other places, but having used them now I don't think I'd hire anyone else. High marks for their professionalism and customer service."

"They unclogged our shower drain but stated that we may have a problem with our main line.  In order to find the problem in the main line a camera would need to be used- we backed out when we were told that the cost just for the camera to be used was going to be about $300.00.

Communication was excellent, I called on a Sunday and got someone to go out the next day.  Very nice man helped me navigate to his website where I was able to get a special price on shower drain unclog."
