Not only did he restore power to my basement outlets, he prevented an electrical fire from the previous incorrect wiring. Not only was his quote reasonable, but he explained exactly what he thought was needed for the job and any extra that may or may not be needed. Others that had quoted previously, didn't do any of this. Because of this, I immediately decided on Jim. Even booking the service, Jim did everything at my convenience. During install he took his time and let me know before he made any changes that would interrupt my day as well as giving periodic updates of his progress.
