The installation was during a flood warning with lots of rain. The guys placed floor covers to protect the home floors (there arenâ t any tracks of mud anywhere)! "We had three companies come out to give us pricing to remove my mom's bathtub and putting in a walk in shower. Two of the companies tried to sell me something I did not want and became disgruntled when I would not sign paperwork to start work. Except Rob B. with Bath Planet. He sat and listened and gave us a lot of choices to pick from instead of just white or beige. He made us laugh and we all felt very comfortable when we were finished. I told him I wanted to think about the price and would let him know He left with a smile on his face and a thank you for taking the time to talk with him. The prices were in line with the other companies I had talked to but Rob made the sale in fact I had them redo the shower in the main bathroom also. The installation crew was fantastic, courteous, and clean. Gary even took the time to call on Friday night to cancel his time on Monday due to illness. OMG. I have never had any installation crew keep me so up to date. He was fantastic. My 2 showers are amazing. They have great workmanship and they are everything I had hoped they would be.
