"While on vacation a pipe ruptured which sent a substantial amount of sooty water under our home slab and flooded our house. After the restoration company trenched the water main and irrigation pipes we identified a break in the main water line as the culprit. We had several companies come out and seeing our predicament tried to gouge us. On a whim I filled out a request on Home Advisor. Shortly after I received a call from Raul Jr Fernandez fron New Horizon Landscapping. To make a long story short, we agreed on a time for him to come out and confirm the scope of work and the effort needed. Raul arrived on time and was professional. Since the irrigation piping was uncovered, in addition to the broken water main pipe, I asked if he could replace my old irrigation controllers, some of the old irrigation pipes and sprinkler heads. Also install a shut off valve for the irrigation system where it tees of from the main water line. Raul provided an estimate that was more affordable than I was expecting. He arrived 2 days later as agreed upon on time. He completed the job in a timely manner, job site was clean and the work meet or exceeded expectations. Raul even did a few extra fixes with out charging me. The bill was exactly what he estimated and more affordable than other estimates I received over the phone. Raul was friendly, professional and kept the work site neat. I Definitely recommend Raul and wouldn’t hesitate for a second to rehire New Horizons Landscapping."

While they were here, I had them look at the pump for my waterfall, as the old one had developed a leak and was noisy. They replaced the pump and installed all new fittings. It works great now."
