Z is great at communicating and patiently answered all my questions before and during the installation. It really helped put me at ease, because I kind of operate on the assumption that people are out to cheat you. "Floors turns out wonderfully! It took 6 days and then they were completely done. We got a POD as they requested all surfaces be cleaned off. They moved the furniture around. I do believe it would’ve been easier and less time consuming if we had placed our large furniture in storage as well and then not stay in the home. Get an Airbnb or hotel room. Someone does need to stay on property while they were working. Overall, very pleased with the work and experience with Express Flooring!"

"We used Home Masters to replace our subfloor and laminate flooring. We were in desperate need of new floors it was becoming unsafe for us and our children. It started with Aaron coming out for our quote and he was kind, informative and professional. He worked with our schedule and financial needs. Ismael and Nixon were a constant help. We especially appreciated Nixon as he was with us the whole way. They were all kind to our animals, us and our children and that goes a long way. "Nice installation, though the rules and rights should have been handed to me BEFORE the job began. Though Empire did not actually have the floor they advertised, the one they installed is nice. The price was all right but...they left me with three full boxes of engineered floor for which I paid. The materials estimate was too high. Even considering waste, there shouldn't have been two-thirds of a room remaining. Guess I'll make some luxury bird houses for Christmas."
