"George Massoud of NJ Pest Defense did an EXCELLENT JOB. He was very informative, punctual, and knowledgeable in his field. From the phone call to the actual appointment he gets an A PLUS!! He explained in detail what he saw,.. looked in all areas inside and outside my home and suggested exactly what I needed. He explained everything he was doing to rid my home of the animals and also explained the bait traps and items bait used assured me they were SAFE and EFFECTIVE. George was VERY honest in his price as well. In this day and age it is hard to find an HONEST, FAIR, dependable and knowledgeable person in this field. "I noticed there were several wasps flying in and out of my roof eave. I contacted Arkadia Pest Control because they have an A rating and over 100 review on Angie’s List. I requested to have the wasps in my attic exterminated. A technical arrived the following day. The technician explained his plan of attack in detail. He answered all of my questions and addressed all of my safety concerns. He was able to quickly locate the nest in the attic. Not only did the technician kill the wasps he removed the entire nest from the attic to dispose of it. At my request, the technician filled the void in the attic with gap filler at no extra change! Arkadia pest control fee includes a 3 month warranty which is generous. If I encounter any pest in the future I will contact Arcadia again."

"Service was PERFECT ! David called me a few hours after I purchased the offer. We set up an appointment for the following week. He offered to come earlier but that didn't work with my schedule. His technician showed up on time. The yellow jackets seemed to have built a nest under my dryer vent in the wall. I thought it was in the vent itself. The tech treated the area and also answered my questions about the treatment & the yellow jackets. Being allergic to bee stings, I was concerned. He assured me they would be gone within a day or two. I am glad to say he was right. The yellow jackets are gone & I can enjoy my backyard & do my yard work again. And, they gave me a 30 day warranty too !! David & his tech are very professional & friendly. They are happy to answer questions about the pests & treatment & I will be using them again when needed. You can't go wrong calling Silver Bullet. "Really fantastic. First experience needing pest control. We have trees close to our deck and home. I never thought I would rid myself of ants. "I had, note 'had', a serious ant issue I ignored for years.  I noted multiple species setting up homes of their own around my foundation and yard. It was easy to ignore until the little sugar ants decided to take up residence inside the house.  Immediately after contacting Eliminex Derek got in touch with me.  He came by the house within a day or two to provide an estimate.  I found it extremely reasonable and Derek was flexible in arranging an appointment around my work schedule.  There were some stubborn ants who survived the first round of spraying but Derek came back a second time and after several months I am happy to say we are ant free!  Thank you Derek!"
