"My brother and I have a very special family cottage, built in 1933. And I was very concerned about getting someone competent and to do a good job. And would clean up the area after the job was done. Rozco roofing exceeded our expectations, and did an amazing job. Wayne was great , in that he answered phone calls and text messages promptly. Came out the before the job started, to look over the area and where to place the hauling trailer. Had a chance to talk to him that day and I expressed my concern about checking the roof boards to make sure they were not rotted.
