"I called St. Paul Pipeworks on a Friday and they came on Monday to replace my water heater. We discussed a regular water heater vs a tankless one. I decided the regular one was what I wanted. The old water heater was 19 years old so it was starting to go as the water was not heating as well. They came on Monday afternoon, early even, and installed the water heater. They also updated the gas shut off valve to the water heater and the shut off valve to the water line to the ice maker. They were efficient and courteous. I have used St. Paul Pipeworks several times before for other plumbing work."

"My God! Dan came out this morning, I explained what was done, he went to work on it right away! My furnace stopped working December 25th, 2024, no heat till today! Keep in mind, the last technician I hired in January 2025, charged me 240 dollars for 20 minutes analysis just to tell me I need new furnace and AC central, my AC works beautifully. Then I used 4 space heaters to keep my house warm! Man my electric bill was over 400 dollars the first month and climbing higher each coming months till Spring arrived! I hired B & D Plumbing and Heater Co. to come out and finish the job. It was a gentleman name Dan, he did an extremely awesome job, telling me the details, explaining everything I needed to knowledge. And now the furnace works about as good as it gets beautifully. The impressive part, he took his sweet time. And the most impressive part was when he presented my total bill! I was about to have a major heart attack when I saw the bill! It wasn’t through the roof bill! Cheap cheap"

"Completely useless visit. I requested a water softener repair. The technician tested the water and discovered that it was hard (I knew this already because the water softener wasn't working). He pushed buttons on the control valve of the water softener and discovered that it wasn't working (I already knew this). They couldn't repair the water softener because it wasn't "their" equipment (brand and model was noted in the repair request, so they presumably already knew they wouldn't be able to repair, but came anyway). The technician volunteered to send a plumber and a sales consultant. Don't waste your $98 on Aquarius. This company is a complete scam. "

"Water proofing very good results. BUT Caution regarding floor repair from ANY contractor. Make sure you discuss what the floor repair will look like. Mine is not level, and Much rougher Than original floor. Another contractor said it was better than He typically sees. This was done several years ago. Sorry about the late review."

The project was advertised as a complete solution to address foundation wall deterioration and structural support. What happened: The contract and engineered plans explicitly called for cast-in-place (CIP) footings for each I-beam and a vapor barrier. I paid for these as part of the $70,000 project. After the work was completed, I discovered the CIP footings, vapor barrier, and other items were not installed, despite being billed and included in the plans. The installed I-beam system does not support the weight of the house, only lateral wall movement. This was not explained during the sales process. When I asked for clarification, I was told ?site conditions vary from the plans,? but no specific conditions were identified. Revised as-built plans were submitted instead after I raised concerns "
