Our washer wouldn't leak while he was here, so to wrote the invoice to note that he wouldn't recharge the visit fee if he came back within 30 days. He came back twice - once to diagnose and once to fix. Every time, he was able to come within the window of time that he estimated, given his other jobs. The one time that he was not able to get here earlier in that window of time, he called and kept me informed of what his schedule looked like. I hate this company with every fiber of my being and will make sure that anyone that has a broken appliance will not use them. To top it off, their site is so screwed up that it give you an error trying to log back in. I ended up having to create THREE different accounts because every time I went to place a new order, it would not let me login and it would not send a password reset email. DON'T GET RIPPED OFF."
