"I am extremely pleased with the service they provided in repairing my dryer. We called on a Wednesday and dropped the dryer off the next morning. We received a call with the issues found and the cost for repair. The dryer had at least 3 issues and the cost was reasonable. The diagnostic fee was waived when we decided to have it fixed. Each time I had to pay the service fee of $75.00. If it was repaired properly I would not have to continually call for repairs. However I do feel that this problem falls on the company that was contracted not Choice Home Warranty!"

(previous calls to other companies was a day or two wait). Received a quote over the phone $75-125, depending on problem. punctual arrival, turned on  machine and diagnosed problem immediately. It was a broken linkage to motor. repair took 20 minutes. serviceman was friendly and engaging. he explained how the parts work and showed me the broken plastic linkage. The part may have been fairly inexpensive, but I could never have fixed it myself. the guy was a pro. $75 later and I'm happy.  A+ job.
