"Jeff was able to trouble shoot, come up with a solution and help the tech install the new lines. There was difficulty because the old telephone lines coming into the house were buried in walls. The tech suggested putting an outlet on the outside of the house but Jeff said it was risky since the connection would be exposed to the elements and the Centurylink connector wasn't weatherproof. And, putting it inside also avoided another (ugly) utility box on the house. I like that Jeff explains all of your options and welcomes your input.
