"I hired Alliance to complete several jobs in my newly purchased home including: 1. bringing bathroom and kitchen plumbing up to code, 2. installing a garbage disposal and faucet, 3. installing a new toilet and fixing plumbing to toilet, and 4. multiple pinpoint leaks and pipe corrosion in the basement plumbing. From the start, it was such an easy and stress-free process. Communication was constant through email and text about the service dates and ETA of the team members, which was fantastic as I was traveling back and forth between my current and new home. The estimator (Mike) was at my home the day after I made the initial call and walked through everything with me in a friendly, well-informed, and pressure-less manner. He never tried to upsell me and, in fact, helped me prioritize the most important items to address. The plumbing technician (Andrew) was at my house five days later with all of the required materials and worked for 8 hours on the various items. He even found and fixed another broken component while working which probably saved me additional stress and money! At the end of the service, he walked through all of the fixes, went over the warranties associated with them, and ensured my satisfaction before processing payment. He was so impressive that another contractor working on the painting in my home asked him for Alliance's business card. I would hire Alliance again for any plumbing need and would recommend them without hesitation to friends, family, strangers, or anyone else with plumbing needs!"

"Everything was excellent. The team identified the hole in our pool liner. On the day of replacing the liner, identified a potentially severe issue with the structure of the pool. Provided a recommendation for a replacement pool. Proceeded to remove the old pool and excavate the land in preparation for construction of the new pool. Once the new pool arrived, they constructed the pool and constructed new outline landscaping around the pool. I wanted to put in a new shed, but was concerned about what it was going to cost to have the ground prepared and the recommended foundation laid. Bob gave me an estimate that was less than I expected and offered to clean away about 10 years accumulation of debris the area for a nominal extra charge. He explained what he would do and how, and was able to arrange a date to do the work within about 2 weeks. "Davinson and Arthur Gallardo are professionals in every way. They were on time, careful of everything on my property, and they did everything they said they would do, and more. I was not exactly sure how I wanted the walkways to look, and they came up with an idea that was perfect. They used all of the existing materials I had on my lawn to create my new walkways, thereby saving me considerable money. In addition, they were very nice to do business with, which is always a plus. When pricing out my job, they gave me every cost, so there were no surprises. Also, I found their prices to be certainly competitive, yet better than the others, based on the amount of work they did for me. "Trevor came out to our house based on our neighbor's recommendation and gave us an estimate for a total redesign our our landscaping. This included excavating, removing an old cement walkway, all new plants and a paver walkway. We split the yard in two parts and he just finished part 1 (the back yard), which was top dressing & leveling, ripping out the old plants and redesigning the beds. I think they did a great job, were flexible when working around my other contractors, and fair priced. After our job was complete, Trevor came out to pick up his check and look at the work; some of the soil had settled due to a hard rain, so he had the guys come out two days later to re-soil and seed. We still have the big half of the job to do but we're pretty confident based on what we have seen so far."

"Rightway Waterproofing is the company you want to come and waterproof your basement. I had initially set up a job looking for pros through Angie's List. I was contacted by Rightway Waterproofing via phone and email but did not respond as life happens. Well it rained really heavy again in August and I had more water in the basement. I reached out to them on a Friday and Albert contacted me immediately. They were able to come out on Monday to look at my property. Jake was thorough and friendly. He let me know what he thought we needed, explained everything thoroughly and gave us a quote which was completely reasonable. We accepted the bid and work was to commence on Thurs as they had an opening. Work was completed in one day. The area was kept pristine and they did an amazing job. The crew was courteous to my family. I could not recommend them more. I hope to have them out again at some point to finish my basement area as well. Try to keep in mind that during the season of covid many families are looking for ways to make more space in their homes or to have to home projects done.
