"Alex called quickly and set up an appointment to come out the next afternoon. I told him my dry was no longer heating up and the model# so he could bring the parts. He texted when he was on his way, as planned, was right on time. Friendly and knowledgeable. He quickly removed several parts and went right to the problem. "He came the same day. He fixed both the washer and, when I asked, the dryer. I was impressed because he lifted the dryer on and off the washer by himself (pictures show a similar stacked installation). Also he patiently picked lint from between two layers of mesh in a filter, rather than making me wait for a new one. This clogged filter had caused lint to build up inside the dryer, INCLUDING THE HEATING ELEMENT!!! He prevented a possible fire in a condo building. Lives may have been saved."

"After contacting 10+ roofers and I found that many of them either don't have the time or don't want to do a repair job. Those that did come tried to talk me into a whole new roof or didn't respond back with an estimate as promised. I contacted Home Squad and what a HUGE difference! Mia in the office set up the appointment and was a dream to speak with regarding questions before and after the job. On the day of our inspection Jerry called just prior to our appointed time to advise that he was about 30 minutes away from arriving. What consideration! Our inspection went great. He explained everything in detail that needed to be done to correct the problem and he even checked out the rest of the roof to make sure that nothing else was wrong.
