He texted when he was on his way, as planned, was right on time. Friendly and knowledgeable. He quickly removed several parts and went right to the problem. "Vitalli is professional and very skilled at what he does. I happened upon his contact information when I needed an appliance repair I believe for my dryer. I have a few rentals as well and have used him now multiple times for my primary residence and my rentals. He has now helped me with washers, dryers, microwaves, stovetops, downdraft blower, fridges, freezers, etc. (my primary residence is around 20 years old so we seem to be having issues with everything) + my rentals.
