"Alex called quickly and set up an appointment to come out the next afternoon. I told him my dry was no longer heating up and the model# so he could bring the parts. He texted when he was on his way, as planned, was right on time. Friendly and knowledgeable. He quickly removed several parts and went right to the problem. The diagnostic charge was waved and an hour from driving in to leaving and $200 my dryer was up and running. Wonderful Experience and a Bargain. Lisa T"

"Very fast respond ,Appointment was set up for next morning.Ivan called and let me know he was on his way and would be here in about 20 minutes. He was very polite and explained everything the dryer was doing and what needed to be done to fix my LG dryer. He even explained the reason for the replacement parts and why it was important to do both and not just the one side.He cleaned and vacuumed everything up as well. Happy customer ?"

"He came the same day. He fixed both the washer and, when I asked, the dryer. I was impressed because he lifted the dryer on and off the washer by himself (pictures show a similar stacked installation). Also he patiently picked lint from between two layers of mesh in a filter, rather than making me wait for a new one. This clogged filter had caused lint to build up inside the dryer, INCLUDING THE HEATING ELEMENT!!! He prevented a possible fire in a condo building. Lives may have been saved."

"Prompt same day service. Bill was friendly and professional. He took the time to explain what the issue was and how he was going to fix it. The repair took less than an hour and the cost of service was reasonable."

"This pro provided useful information via a virtual (online) video consultation. Since this service does not send technicians to the home, they did not do the actual work. I am considering whether to order parts and try to complete the repair myself or under their virtual direction."

"I recently had the pleasure of working with an appliance repair technician who fixed my refrigerator. He replaced the compressor and did an excellent job. Not only that, but he also provided a 90-day warranty for the repair, which gave me peace of mind. The entire process took 5 days, and I was impressed with his professionalism and efficiency. I highly recommend this technician for anyone in need of appliance repairs."

"Highly recommend Home Squad! From our first interaction they made me feel like we were already a valued customer. We didn’t have a huge job, but they were professional nonetheless. I called them for an error code on our LG dryer and the tech was able to come out and get the issue resolved, as well as let us know about the things we could do to get not only our dryer, but all of our appliances maintained."

"Jesse was awesome. Professional, personable, and good rates for top quality work. We were so relieved to have our washer working like new, as we just moved into our first home."
