"These guys were great, and the owner, Jo Estrada, a pleasure to work with. A crew of 5 spent 5 hours cleaning, inspecting, and replacing insulation and vapor shield in our crawl space. They took pictures of everything, before and after. THe crew was pleasant, and worked really hard.... couldn't believe how much stuff they removed from under there. The crawl space is tight, but they didn't complain (at least to us!). They gave us good recommendations for some repairs needed for the foundation. All for a most reasonable price, compared to other estimates. They deserve every star they can get!"

"Schmitty's Plumbing responded to my Angi's service request almost as soon as I submitted it, and they beat out three other Angi plumbing companies in terms of pricing and transparency. I hired Schmitty's to remove an old double bowl kitchen sink and faucet with a new single bowl sink and upgraded faucet. There was no upselling or attempts to convince us to replace our garbage disposal which two of the other plumbers recommended we do. We saw no reason to replace our disposal which functions well and is not that old. Partners Drake and Gage came out to our home as scheduled, and they got to work immediately working efficiently and thoroughly. We appreciated their no-nonsense, honest, prompt service, and very fair pricing. I chose Schmitty's based on the positive customer reviews, and would hire them again. I do not recommend for a homeowner with an existing single family residence. I needed to replace the galvanized pipe connecting my house to the street for an irrigation project. Between offering the highest bids (before an extra $10k option to install all copper), their nonsensical proposal for an invasive relocation of the line to service the water heater, and their proposal to use an excavator to tear up my yard and remove multiple shrubs and a tree just to replace my water line, I elected to use a different company. I appreciate the business like demeanor, their connections to government and utilities, and that they have the resources to pay for multi year apprenticeships"

Rob came to my house, quoted me an insulation install, made absolutely sure that they would not cover any existing knob and tube with insulation and prevent a fire. The crew showed up and completed the job in one day. Once they got started it was clear they knew exactly what they were doing - and they managed to shimmy into the extremely small attic access and cleaned up my rat jerky in the crawlspace!
