They stopped by to address a hot water heater on the blink but the weather was brutally cold and Mikey saw me working on the boiler… After addressing a plan to convert to tankless, he helped me make the decision to switch to a tankless combi solution. "Called Home Depot at 6:03pm on Saturday 2/26/22. At 6:30pm Arctic Air Conditioning contacted me, had me take photos of my broken hot water heater. 15 minutes later, Katie from Arctic called me back with a more than fair price and worked her magic to get me an install for Sunday 2/27/22 at 2pm. Alex from Arctic arrived Sunday around 2pm and started the project. Elijah from Arctic arrived 45 minutes later and by 6pm ( 24 hours after my initial call) we had a new hot water heater up and running. Great experience, Alex and Elijah were professional, knowledgeable and courteous."
