"GK Painting: Gary Kassabian, GK Painting Company, is an expert, detailed, knowledgeable, thorough, and pro-active contractor whom I have relied on for several years. He first painted the interior of my two-story town house with absolute perfection. Since then he has followed up on several repairs at my town house through the years, i.e., insulation, dry wall, pipe-fitting, vanity replacement, and painting which have occurred due to problems created by other plumbing companies. Above and beyond the call of duty, he contacted the company who recently installed a new water heater for me since they did not complete the installation per code resulting in their immediate action to comply. Most recently he actually “saved the day” by single-handedly discovering a new water leak due to a malfunctioning air conditioning pump during the hottest week in 2020 in the garage which created yet another leak in the walls adjacent to the original problem he was contracted to repair, just prior to his repairing that recent plumbing problem and he personally arranged an air conditioning company to immediately install the new air conditioning pump. "I cannot say enough good things about Tony and his crew and the quality work they performed for me. I bought a condo with two 25-year old bathrooms, and wanted to replace the tubs, showers, fixtures, cabinets, toilets and floor tiles and repaint each one. I consulted with Tony about what could be done and both turned out great! Tony and OM Construction's tradesmen were professional, efficient, clean and responsive to minor changes or things that I wanted to do that wouldn't work because of the particular building (i.e. slab floor that prevented a walk-in shower because of existing plumbing that could not be re-configured or changed without significant work or cost). I will use OM Construction again with a rental property I own, and will heartily recommend them to friends."

"I have not had great luck with contractors in general-- it seems that many of them do not see themselves as craftsman, and just do the minimum to get out the door.  So I was ecstatic that Mark was passionate about his craft, and focused on every detail.  Normally I would watch like a hawk, but it was clear that Mark was on it.
Here are the top observations that differentiate Mark from other contractors I have hired.
1) he calls back when he says he is going to, he arrives when he said he would, he doesn't disappear suddenly.
2) When something small came up that would be easy for him to say "you need to hire an electrician/ plumber/ framer etc" he just took care of it
3) he did everything himself-- he could have had day laborers do the demolition work etc, but he wanted to be sure nothing was damaged
4) I would strongly recommend him
5) he was always one step ahead of the project so nothing went wrong or felt behind 
6) he is old school craftsman contractor he cemented all the shower walls and floor to perfection then he installed the tiles perfectly

"From the first phone call to the office to get an estimate, to when the estimator came out to bid the job, to when the Forman came out to confirm the work that needed to be done, to the first day the crew showed up to start the job the process was professional and smooth. I would not only recommend Foothill Painting, I would use them again! I was very happy with the attention to detail and the good job Foothill Painting did. The preparation, patching and paint job was done well and the stucco repair matched the existing stucco real well. The Forman took his time to help us and make sure we choose the right colors for the house. It is apparent these guys take pride in their job! (rare these days) As with any large job there will be things you notice a week or two later that need to be touched up. All it took was a phone call to the office and one of the original crew members came out to take care of every request. Not only was everything done to my expectations, it was done with a smile and great attitude! Foothill Painting-Highly Recommended!!!"
