"On February 10, Pedro, Carlos, and team did expensive sewer repairs due to several root intrusion and corrosion buildup. After conducting camera inspection, the team replaced the entire/existing Building Sewer Line ( replacing the old underground clay pipe) with a new high density polyethylene piping by means of Trenches Pipe Bursting. It took two days to complete the work, as stated. Finding a trustworthy and reliable plumber is hard to find these days. They are often unreliable, unresponsive, provide generalized explanations of the plumbing issues & solutions. (Often the customers are lost in the plumbing terminology? ) Also some plumbers charge outrageous on-site estimate fees. This WAS NOT the case with my experience with PEDRO and the Sewer Brothers Plumbing team. Sewer Brothers Plumbing are TRUE PROFESSIONALS and did OUTSTANDING WORK to RESOLVE our plumbing issues. They go above and beyond to meet the customers needs. Pedro provided very detailed explanation of the plumbing issues and offered reasonable solutions/pricing. He is customer focused, respectful, patient and follows up. I trusted my instincts on hiring Pedro and Sewer Brothers to resolve my plumbing needs. I had absolutely NO REGRETS! When it came time to do the work, they delivered what was promised and did a GREAT JOB! Please look no further. THEY ARE THE PLUMBERS TO HIRE. This company is top notched. Javier who schedules the appointments, is a professional, and his customer service skills are impressive. Ed who was the plumber who came to our house and installed our new toilet and was the one who pointed out the musty smell at our front door and proved my suspicious correct when he suggested there could be a broken pipe underneath the house. Sure enough we indeed had a broken pipe, and it was the sewer line and it was underneath our house. He immediately called Giovanni and they both went to work as to analyze the problem and make suggestions of what needed to be done. Giovanni expertise and skills are excellent and told us exactly what needed to be done in order to fix the broken sewer line. Since it was later in the day, they couldn't work on the line until the next day. Ed ended up finishing installing our toilet and then came another problem. The toilet we purchased was defective and Ed was nice enough to come back after we came back from Lowe's with another toilet, so he could finish the installation. Ed did a fantastic job in installing the new toilet. He was courteous and highly skilled. Plotke Red Lilly Plumbing crew did a fantastic job with our toilet and the broken sewer line and there prices are really quite reasonable and I will definitely recommend and use them as our main plumbing company again.

"I stared to look for a plumber after I found water under my water heater. I jumped on Angi and posted my issue. With in minutes....Art messaged me and said he can be her 1st thing in the morning. BTW. This was 10pm at night. His quick response was a plus for me. I had one other respond but he over extended himself to my need. He came at 7amd and said....you need a new water heater. I can got get one and install it now. I was a bit reluctant and he said call me when your ready and left. My wife said his prices looked fair and he seemed like a good plumber. I called him back and said lets dance. He was back at my home in a hour and 1/2...and started the work. He protected my carpet and placed plastic on it. He warned my that maybe the cost might go up due to the age of the pipes and valves. He had the old one out and the new one in an an hour or so. He was quick, clean and polite. "Called Sal's for help. Bryan came within an hour. We decided to start with the easiest fix yesterday, which was to replace the seal on an upstairs toilet (30 years old) above the leak. Bryan was courteous, knowledgeable and professional, The seal was almost gone. Although initially, we thought that fixed the problem, the leak seemed to resume later in the day, so called Sal's back this morning for a more aggressive approach to finding the source of the leak. They sent Nick within the hour, who also was experienced and professional. He carefully draped the area and then removed the ceiling which was wet. Fortunately, the leak was from a pin-sized hole in the cold water line right above the spot. He left to procure supplies to fix the copper pipe without having to solder and risk more trauma to the 30 year old pipe. Leak was fixed within 2 hours of his initial arrival. He cleaned up. I will call them again for any of our plumbing needs. Responsive, experienced, professional."
