"They responded with in a few hours, and did a great job. My problem was I needed it done that day, and they accommodated me. I had hired {company information redacted} in Green Valley, but he not only didn't show up at 8 am the agreed time I called several times. He would not even return repeated calls. Once you suggested Complete Flooring I called and they responded. Price was a little high, but they were there and for that I thank them."

"Kristy was the key to solving a two fold problem: a home stuck in the 1990s , and no way to supervise even a modest update from 2000 miles away. She supervised and suggested a plan that was economical( even talking us out of expensive possible fixes) and stylish. The before and after contrasts were striking, yet the costs were modest. She was prompt with responses, kept her sense of humor ( and patience ) throughout, and in the end I felt like we had become friends. On top of this all, the project was an hour away , and she made lots of trips to supervise the work and do minor staging. I would highly recommend her . If I could I'd clone her to get her input and direction 2000 miles in this direction."

"After meeting with Kathy Nieto, we really hit it off. She offered ideas, adopted our ideas, and is great to work with. It was a real collaborative effort. When minor issues came up during the project, they were listened to and corrected. The team is incredibly responsive. In terms of budget, we did not want contractor grade, we wanted solid high/mid-range specifications. We made significant changes to our budget, primarily due to changes that we requested as we went, but even with adjustments along the way, we felt it was worth it. You get what you pay for! Nick and the field staff were fabulous. Their craftsmanship shows, they really pay attention to detail and have a great deal of pride in their work. The results exceeded our expectations! They listened extremely well and couldn’t be more helpful and so easy to work with. We highly recommend Interior Trends Remodel & Design and will certainly go back to them for future projects."
