"Very detailed. Had a difficult cracked ceiling to repair. Pulled a section of plasterboard down, reinforced the joists , replaced, skimmed and painted. This was a lot of â wetâ work so he had to come back a number of times to apply the next layer. Shielded the rest of the house from the dust as much as he could and cleaned up after himself continuously. Did the best job that was possible. Time will tell if this will not crack again, but he did all that he could. The work ended up costing about $65/hr. Ace Handyman Services were quoting $100/hr on another job I was going to get done, which is exorbitant. Hire Gilligan if you can, he will do good work for you at a better price. One negative: he expressed interest in another job I had, but repeatedly delayed giving me a quote or telling me outright he didnâ t want to do it. I asked a number of times if he wanted to do it. He would always answer â yesâ but never came through with the quote. Quite disappointed. He fobbed me off in the end. Lost me three weeks waiting for a response from him. Nothing in the end. ."

"Excellent. The contractor that I hired to do the job screwed the whole thing up. Right-Way did a fantastic job to correct all of the mistakes, make it structurally sound and was able to do all of the work including stucco and electrical in addition to the framing. It looks fantastic. They squared up the framing, reset the windows, repaired the roof, did some brick work and finished it with stucco. I am very pleased with the job. They did it all at a very fair price."

"We really needed the roof over our work shop and carport re-coated, as it hadn't been done in over six years. I asked for several estimates, and Erik from EH Handyman Services had the most reasonable bid by far.....very fair! Therefore, I selected him to provide the labor for the job, while I supplied all of the needed materials using a shopping list that Erik had provided for me. Erik properly prepared the surface of the roof before applying 2 heavy layers of roof coating material. The preparation included removing (and later replacing) some terra cotta trim tiles, and performing three-course re-sealing of the roof penetrations. The job turned out great, and I am highly satisfied with the quality of his work! While performing his work, Erik was timely, professional, friendly, respectful, trustworthy, very thorough, and patiently addressed all of my concerns, which gave me the peace of mind I needed! Matt was different from most contractors I’ve worked with in that he: (1) showed up when he said he’d show up; (2) called when he said he’d call; and (3) thoroughly cleaned-up any debris resulting from his work. Another BIG plus is that Matt is not “creepy.” So all of you fellow widows out there, if you need work done inside your home, this guy is safe. For those more interested in the practical side, the work was done timely (drywall takes several visits) and within their estimated budget range. They’re not the least expensive contractors out there, but then again, they’re nowhere near the most expensive ones either.
