"tl;dr: Great guys! Fast work and great communication skills. Long version: We had 3 guys come out to give us an estimate on a covered deck. The first two guys gave a wildly high number and said they'd send me a rendering (never did). Then Terry from T5T came out, looked at the backyard gave us some ideas, asked us what we wanted and gave us a great quote (within the range we were willing to spend). That was on saturday, and on Monday we received the plot rendering and sent it to our HOA. He told it us it would take 4 weeks for the HOA to approve and 6 weeks for the city approve (estimates were surprising spot on!). Once we received the approvals on a Thursday, they were out on Friday and done on Monday (that's including taking the weekend off!). The builders were fast, professional, and cleaned up well after. We even added another project with T5T when they were done. And Terry is always available by cell if you need him which is great with the 6 week wait time. Highly recommend!"

"Moran Construction was hired to remodel our Dock House after it flooded over the July 4th Weekend. Gregg Moran called me back after I left a message on Sunday July 6th. He showed up at our house Monday July 7th & had a bid to us by 9th. He has done a fantastic job putting our Dock House back together! He is excellent at communication & does what he says he is going to do & when he is going to do it. We have hired him to do a few more repairs/projects around our house since the Dock House reconstruction is finished. We would HIGHLY recommend him for any of your construction/remodeling/repair projects. "

"Allan & the guys working at AC Cornerstone do quality work. They built my house in 2005. I know they build quality because I watched the attention to detail and selection of quality materials that last. In 16 years, I've had only minor/expected maintenance issues. Everything still works. No cracks in the rock. This house is solid and built to last decades. I love this house. Building anything can be stressful with 1000's of choices and unanticipated problems. "Outstanding performance in meeting my needs to replace an existing wooden deck. This included demolition, constructing new framing and placing the wood deck boards, and sitting benches. The new deck was over 640 sq. ft. Tyler and Eric are very skilled. Their attention to detail is very satisfactory. Both guys are easy to talk to, answered all my questions, and stayed on schedule. "My wife and I had Rick and Bordeaux Luxury Homes completely remodel our guest house last year (2019). We spent about three years trying to find a contractor who would either return our calls, see our house or provide a quote once they did see our house. Rick was the first contractor, of at least five, who contacted us, made an appointment, kept the appointment, and then followed up with a design plan and a quote. He was very good at explaining what to expect during the remodel process and providing remodel recommendations. Also, every Sunday throughout the remodel, he emailed us that weekâ s plan so that we knew what expect and which decisions we had to each week. We have an older home, about 75 years old, which needed extensive work both inside and out. We tried to maintain as much of the historic feel of the house while adding a modern, lighter, airier feel. Rick and his staff did that. Additionally, we had numerous special requests, e.g. replace a steel awning with an updated canvas awning, add an upstairs, screened-in deck, and retain but update the houseâ s wood/textured exterior, and Rick did a great job accomplishing those requests. We also had some unexpected obstacles arise during the remodel which Rick was able to work through. We originally didnâ t plan to replace the roof, but Rick found that we had a leak which would have caused future problems if not fixed. Rick has a pretty extensive team of subcontractors which made it easy to roll the reroofing into our existing remodel without delaying the overall project finish date. Overall, we are very happy with the remodel and feel that we now have a showcase guest house. Rick and staff exceeded our customer service expectations, gave and met realistic deadline expectations, and left us with a beautiful that weâ re proud to show off to guests."

"We hired Larry for 2 projects, and both were exceptional in their design. The first was a second-story deck off of the master, with a vaulted screened room and a spiral stair leading down to the patio area. The roof lines complimented the existing roof beautifully. The second project was a 3-phase building: â ¢ Phase 1 was my 45'x30' woodworking studio with 24' vaulted ceiling. This is a metal building;. â ¢ Phase 2 added a 2-story 20' x 30' one bdrm 2 bath apartment to the back of the studio, including floor to ceiling glass windows on the back side. â ¢ Phase 3 will be converting the structure into a 4-bdrm house when I am no longer able to do this work. It was a complex plan, and Larry executed everything beautifully. No wasted space anywhere. He really listens well, and is very responsive. We highly recommend Larry for both new buildings and remodel. His design is impeccable."
