"I am so pleased with my home improvements done by JP Construction! They replaced crumbling siding with Hardie plank and painted the exterior. They power washed our limestone and it looks like new. They basically rebuilt our exterior fireplace as much of the interior wood was rotted. They relocated our master bath window, installed a new one, and replaced our patio door with one we'd bought, all in conjunction with the siding and painting work! It was almost seamless. I got bids from 4 companies and JP was very competitive. He came out and discussed the work, educating us in the process. The project manager Mike scheduled our work and was quick to respond to my calls or emails. I cannot say enough good things about the hard- working crew led by Carlos! The crew of 4 or 5 worked quickly and did an excellent, thorough and quality job. They came back every day until it was done. I love how it all turned out. I would absolutely use them again! "We used Titan Siding and Windows to replace 9 windows, sliding glass doors, and all of the siding on the back of our house. If I'd known what an impact new windows would make, I would have done this much sooner. I feel like I moved into a newer, nicer home- it's significantly quieter, warmer, and cleaner. What a difference! I got several bids from the top 3 companies on Yelp in Austin and Titan was hands down the most responsive and gave us the best rate. Joel came out immediately gave us great advice on which windows and siding styles were the best option for us and helped us choose colors. Steve the window contact and Steve the siding contact always, always, always showed up when they said they would and I felt completely comfortable having them in the house with their crews. The guys worked so hard and knocked out both our windows and siding in record time. They were also really considerate about small details like making sure the gate was closed when they left each day so that our dog couldn't get out and cleaning up debris and dirt as the job progressed. "Efren and his crew had to literally smash some of the old windows out of the seventies era condo with hammers. The old single pane windows had been glued and caulked in several times over the past decades. It was an ugly job and made us very thankful that we had hired a crew of professionals for this project. Every tech on the crew was courteous and respectful towards the property and explaining any questions that we had about the process. The entire job was done in under one day. This was a total of six windows in a two bedroom condo. They even left a small container of touch up paint for the outside frame color in case of a scratch down the road. They cleaned everything up and no mess was left behind.

After a storm blew 10-12 pieces of siding off my house, i called 3 contractors to get estimates.  My house is 2 stories and the damage was on the upper half of one side.  Evan Hernandez of K & E Painting and Siding came to the house and gave me an estimate the same day I called him.  After 3 days and 2 more estimates, I decided to go with Evan and have him paint the entire house, not just the side with the damage.  I didn't call Evan until 9 at night as I was waiting to hear from another contractor.  Even though he got late notice from me, Evan started the project the next morning at 7:30 A.M.  He brought me a contract that morning and said I didn't have to pay him anything until the job was done.  I was not actually at home when the most of the work was done, but I inspected it thoroughly before I paid him.  In 3 days he completed the following:   replaced the siding; pressure washed the house, caulked all window and door trim, corners and small cracks; painted the house, including contrasting trim.  Evan provided all materials.  He covered the windows and doors with plastic. I was pleased that he used Sherwin Williams paint as i feel it is high quality paint, and that is why I use if for all my interior and furniture painting.  I have done a lot of painting over the years and consider myself pretty fussy.  I am very pleased with the paint job - I did not see drips on the lower brick part of the house, any windows or doors, or on the grass.  I did not see any messy or uneven cut-in lines.  There was no debris left anywhere. Besides doing good work, Evan is polite and friendly. I would definitely hire Evan again.
