"I have two garage doors and one had broken the torsion spring a while back. I called Rafael after reading his reviews on Angie's list. He answered the phone immediately and told me he was available to come over the next day. I couldn't do the next day so we scheduled a visit for that Saturday instead. He showed up, and quickly replaced the spring and serviced/lubricated both doors . He also checked a couple of other things I was having issues with on the other door. Instead of up-charging me for fixing a simple issue, he explained what I would need to do to fix the issues myself and it worked like a charm. I will definitely be using his company again as he provided a great service in a responsive and professional manner."

"We used Titan Siding and Windows to replace 9 windows, sliding glass doors, and all of the siding on the back of our house. If I'd known what an impact new windows would make, I would have done this much sooner. I feel like I moved into a newer, nicer home- it's significantly quieter, warmer, and cleaner. Steve the window contact and Steve the siding contact always, always, always showed up when they said they would and I felt completely comfortable having them in the house with their crews. The guys worked so hard and knocked out both our windows and siding in record time. They were also really considerate about small details like making sure the gate was closed when they left each day so that our dog couldn't get out and cleaning up debris and dirt as the job progressed. Also, Mike the owner- what a great guy! He meticulously inspected the install of all windows, sliding doors, and siding. It's pretty cool to meet someone who takes such pride in his company. I would absolutely work with Titan again. As soon as we're ready to tackle the siding in the front of the house, we will be giving them a call."
