"We developed a pinhole leak in a hot water line on a Saturday. It was a slow drip, but we wanted to take care of it quickly. I searched on Angie's list for local plumbers and found Michael's service within our area.
I called and left a message and within 5 minutes received a call back. I scheduled a service call for Sunday between 1:00 and 3:00pm. Robert arrived at our house about 10 minutes early on Sunday. He quickly diagnosed the issue, and proposed we have a very short coupling put in after he cut out the leaky section. I cannot tell you how much energy Robert had - he worked quickly and efficiently, and was very skilled in the task. He finished the job within an hour, and also flushed our hot water heater at the same time. He reported that there was not much scale in the heater, but that is was about 9 years old, and was certainly on the second half of it's life.
Afterwards, I got an estimate from Robert on adding another outside faucet near to our garden. He walked me through everything we would need, and gave an reasonable estimate of the job.
In summary, having to call a service technician in on the weekend is scary due to the possibility of a high price. That did not happen, and due to Roberts' energy he got the job done quickly and even flushed our hot water heater for us. This is a good company! I'll call them again.
