"My awning was over 10 years old and still worked perfectly but the fabric had fade and was torn. Patio enclosures did the original install and when I contacted them, they still had all my information and measurement on file! They had over 100 colors and patterns to select from and the materials arrived ahead of schedule. My installers (Dave and Al) were friendly, knowledgeable and very methodical in the way they carefully removed the old materials, clean the tracks and replaced and tested the new install. They even suggested using the touch up paint while they had the cover off instead of being in a hurry to rush to the next job. I was very pleased with the whole process from ordering to final installation. I highly recommend them for any outdoor enclosure! 5 Stars!!"

"We have a house in Arlington that has been in our family for approx. 80 years that had fallen into complete disrepair and was in major need of a facelift.  we were the ugliest house on the street, without question.  I called multiple companies for bids, and I decided to use DLM after  mainly because Dave was the most responsive owner who actually seemed like he really wanted the business.  He came out to the house right away and met me to see what I wanted to do.  I felt comfortable from him from the beginning, as i asked many, many questions, and he patiently answered every one.  We went back and forth with very quick responses from him via email as i worked myself through the process of deciding exactly what I wanted to do (with his guidance).  I settled on having 35 windows replaced, and a full siding/aluminum trim job on my entire home, which was a pretty big project in my mind, as its a two family home, and there didnt seem to be any surfaces that werent in need of major work.  Dave assured me they did this all the time and if I chose his company I would be blown away by the results.  He was right.  The 35 windows were replaced in approx. 1.5 days of work,  The siding project, which was LITERALLY removing every piece of old shingle and then replacing 99% of our home with a new facade, was started on a friday, the guys returned on Monday, worked through the week including Saturday from 730 until 630 or later every night with MINIMAL breaks in HOT weather in August up on scaffolding. They took Sunday off, then completed the job on Monday.  The guys worked non stop.  I am blown away by the transformation.  My mother, who owns the house, cried when she saw the results.  Ive had multiple people go out of their way to stop me to tell me we now have the best looking house on the street.  if you had seen what our house looked like before, you would understand what a huge deal this is.  Throughout the process, people walking by would stop to stare and talk about the results.  I had two different people YESTERDAY who i dont know approach me outside of my house to get the contractors name and number.  The biggest compliment that I can give Dave and his workers at DLM, is that as they were cleaning up my house, getting ready to leave on the final day, my mother took Dave aside to ask her when she could talk to him about a project she wants to do at her house, and I was trying to convince him to allow me to get back on the schedule so I could pay him for more work.  If you would like a reference, my email is roconnor4444@rcn.com and I will gladly vouch for them, as I couldn't be happier with the results or their professionalism from start to finish. "Overall, we were pleased with Patio Enc. The positives are that the room looks fantastic, the install crew was great as was the staff back at the office. Unfortunately, there were multiple issues caused by the sales person who was not professional in manner, appearance or follow through that caused our project to get pushed out by a month. Ultimately, they came back and fixed all problems and communication went smoothly. Other than the sales person, Patio Enc. were consumate professionals that truly did a wonderful job of correcting the issue and meeting our timeline. A superior product for a much lower price, too (by nearly half)."

"The above described work was done over a period of 3 years. During that time the quality of the work has been very good, project costs very reasonable, and schedules adherence excellent. 
While painting the exterior of my house, a large section of rotted siding / fraing was uncovered. The unexpected repairs were done quicly, efficiently, without any change order mark-ups, all as part of the project.
Replacing the windows at the church property required gaining access to 2 units rented out to 3rd parties. There wwere never any issues raised about costs / schedule delays that may have been impacted due to the need to coordinate with the tenants. Replacing all of the siding on the church owned apartment building (done in a historic district) was done professionally, with high levels of concern for safety (both for the workers and the public in the vicinity of the work area), cleanliness,and proper execution of the work.
Working with Ivaldo is more of a partnership where the goal of completing the job is considered paramount, not the profit at the end of the work. When applicable, Ivaldo has also offered alternative means of completing a given task which will cost the owner less, thus less income for Escala, but as I tried to indicate earlier it seems the "relationship" is more important to Ivaldo than short term profits.
