"Hydrotech pools refinished our pool white pool to a light blue. Their site describes a first rate process and guarantees excellent results. We noticed immediately that the pool had very poor coverage as the old finish showed through in multiple areas. Photos were sent to Damian and he promised to come out and refinish appropriately. The attached photos show the very poor quality result. After stringing us along for more than a year, I have finally decided to post a review describing the poor quality job and the utter lack of customer service. We have been attempting to communicate with Damian regularly for more than a year and he has had ample opportunity to make the job right. The company claims to be a reputable company, however the treatment we have had from Damian at Hydrotech pools is very unprofessional and shameful."

Estimate was pre covid but Work took place during covid. Workers took all precautions necessary. Due to supply chains limited availability project took a little longer. Prices did go up a little but that was due to the suppliers and not contractor. Contractor was very fair with the increase. The room came out better than I could have hoped for. Would use again."
