"My water heater stopped working and I couldn't stop my toilet from running. Not a promising day ahead. I called Done Right Today in the morning and by 11:30 AM I had a new water heater and a repaired toilet. "Steve and his crew were excellent. They tried to be out the same day I called (Thursday), but a previous job went longer than expected, so they agreed to come out on Friday afternoon at 5:30 pm. They showed up right on time, removed the old water heater and promptly installed the new one. I actually had to leave town on Thursday, but my roommate was there to let them in Friday; Steve called me periodically with updates and kept me informed every step of the way. Great job, excellent service."

"Project was install a new water heater. what a great group of service people. Pleasure to have in my house. Knew what to do, explained what they were doing so to educate me to make intelligent decisions on the work. Gave me heads up on any future problems they saw. Clean up afterwards, no surprises and great prices. Would call them first to work on any project that needed to be done. These are the kind of service people you want doing your work. "Fernando and his team were incredible. I had an emergency at one of my properties and needed urgent assistance after hours. Fernando came out personally with his crew they found and corrected the issue rightaway. I also had them change four 90 gallon water heaters at two of my properties and they did an incredible job. What stands out with Fernando and his crew is how neat they work, how professional and knowledgeable they are, and they also left all three of my properties spotless cleaning up after themselves. I can't be happier with the work I received from them and now I have them on speed dial for all of my plumbing work."

"Bought the water heater at Home Depot ( for 430.00) and brought it home myself. The tech came and installed it in less than 3 hours. They charged me thousand dollars. Oh, by the way... that was NOT an emergency, just a routine tank replacement scheduled several days in advance. Makes you rethink the value of the dollar."
