It's really easy to see that Frank is an expert and knows his stuff inside and out. He made a recommendation for a fix to prevent the issue from happening again. We're definitely going to use old skool going forward for all of our HVAC maintenance and repair. Frank was friendly, covid-19 safe, and he had the ability to break down the problems in laymen's terms."
