"Kevin did great work and kept me updated throughout the job. Repaired and painted my deck at a reasonable cost and looks good as new."

"I have a flat roof with a deck above my family room. After 25+ years the roof began to leak. John explained the problem clearly. Roof repair would require removal of the existing deck and railing, then install of new roof material and sealant. Following the roof work, a new deck and railings would be installed . John provided an estimate for the repair. Johnâ s carpenter and roofing crews completed the work efficiently and left the workspace clean and tidy. I appreciate their professionalism and expertise throughout the process. I highly recommend Nelson and Sons."

"MTC builders was able to complete our deck repair from estimate to project completion in less than a week! It was great to work with someone that was cost effective with our project as well as completed the project in a timely fashion. Communication was great with the company and the project plan was easily explained to us, which we appreciated. We couldn't be happier with how our deck repair turned out! We will definitely hire MTC builders again!"

"We first met Patrick Beyers in 2014 when he was partnering with our contractor on our full kitchen remodel, including updates to the attached family room and laundry. He was there almost daily for over 3 months, and we enjoyed getting to know him. His work was excellent, and his approach to us as customers was friendly, accommodating, and always professional. He always listened and offered helpful advice on design changes, products, and options. More recently, in the Fall of 2023 we wanted to update our 30-year old Master Bath. We contracted with Patrick who did an amazing job. His estimates were fair, his design allowed us to keep a few existing elements to keep costs down, and he stayed on Budget. He brought samples of products to help me make decisions (too many tile choices available), and helped us blend the new with the old. He stayed on Budget and took care of every detail. He aims to please and I would not hesitate recommending him. You’ll gain a friend!"
