"Mike and his team did a great job with installation of a complete new HVAC system involving a ducted system on the 1st floor and mini splits on the 2nd floor (this set up best accommodated our house for function and zoning). Their experience and knowledge was demonstrated by their well planned work and installation, including working around existing conditions such as tight crawl spaces, as well as coordination with existing plumbing, electrical, structural components, etc. They coordinated and were accommodating of requests for equipment and vent locations. And they started and completed the work as promised. I would highly recommend them."

"Jim was very helpful and personable to work with.  I had recently moved to the Huntsville area and was unable to connect my wireless printer.   There were also some things going on with my laptop that made me suspect a virus had somehow gotten on to it, it was running more slowly than usual, and I wasn't happy with the Win7 configuration I had done when I bought the computer.  Jim came in and assessed the problems and we agreed on a time for him to take the laptop and reinstall the OS.  He was able to get the wireless connection to work as well.  He took the computer on a Friday evening and returned it Sunday evening in prime condition. 
A few weeks later I  got an error message while reinstalling my accounting software so I called Jim.  He talked me through the problem over the phone and I was able to get the program installed so I could use the program.
Jim is great to work with, his pricing is very fair, he is prompt and reliable.  I will definitely use his services again.

"The engineer came out but it took a couple of days. There were some other faults with the problem. It wasn't just necessarily a tune-up problem. He found some other things wrong and basically addressed that as well. They got in contact with me quickly. For the deal, there were no additional charges but there were some other things wrong with the heating and air conditioning unit that needed to be addressed that were outside of what was covered. I was okay with that. Everything's working fine now. He needed additional parts. He completed the job in three days."

"Had our 1st complete HVAC system installed on March 18th/19th. I must say that we received outstanding professional service. The technicians arrived 5-10 minutes early each morning to prep for the tasks @ hand. During Day 1, it was a windy cold day with torrential rain. Even with the inclement weather they mad sure that our gas furnace was completed before leaving for the day, to ensure we had heat. Day 2 they completed the air handler install in about a 1/2 a day. Was amazing of the quickness and quality of work that was performed in just a short period of time. I can't praise enough of how polite and courteous that both technicians were and answered any questions I had. We will definitely have Wicomico Heat & Air perform future PM services. "CHW was very responsive to our urgent need! We filed a claim the evening prior when we notices our A/C was blowing warm air into the rooms. Then by 8AM the next day, we had a call from the service technician saying he was on his way to address the issue! CHW worked with the technician to find out the compressor was the culprit and approved it's repair! Great customer service for a family in need during the hot south central Texas summer!"
