"I needed a huge picture window with 2 sliding side windows. I was overly impressed with the knowledge of Jon who came out to give me a quote and the two men (Juan & Juan) who did the installation. Choosing a window and installer was a nerve-wracking process since the people from the three companies who previously quoted left me wondering if anyone understood the window installation industry. But when Jon came out he immediately answered all my questions, explained the entire window removal and installation process, arranged for the certificate of insurance and the village permit. My windows arrived earlier than anticipated which was great and Mark called me to set up an installation time. I was extremely impressed with how efficiently Juan and Juan coordinated the work between themselves, graciously answered many questions I asked, and completed the job and cleaned everything beautifully way sooner than I anticipated. "Covid really derailed getting my house repainted. So it was beyond in need by the time I contacted Master Finishes.
