"New Buck is a great company! They were on time, honest, and answered all of my questions-- even through FaceTime! We were swindled last year into thinking another company cleaned our fireplace correctly. When we told New Buck we couldn't get rid of the acrid creosote smell, they went right to work and began the job. They cleaned out the equivalent of two cords of creosote from our chimney!! We use it on the weekends so we clearly didn't get an actual clean from the other company last year. I will be using them every single year!"

"Rescue Roof did a great job of replacing the roof and skylight. Ken and his crew were very easy to work with. There were very few items to resolve from the replacement and they were taken care of quickly. Shortly before the roof replacement, Rescue Roof replaced the masonry on the chimney and sealed the brickwork. All the work done was done well. I highly recommend Rescue Roof."

"Went perfectly.  Called for estimate, and they were out in just a few days. They were out on a Monday for the estimate, and the work was completed Wednesday of the same week.  On time, professional, and did a great job.  Would highly recommend Wolfe & Sons.  We will definitely use them again in the future. <br />"

"We had used this company earlier for a repair over our garage that they were able to locate and fix. Joe Rhoden came out promptly to look at the job, give an estimate and returned with his son and did a good repair. He took photos of the area and also took photos of my chimney and pointed out corrections I may need to do. Excellent. When we needed more work done, we called again. They replaced old worn flashing on our 15 year old roof and inspected our shingles. (Again took photos of the areas to show me exactly what needed to be done prior to the job) We also had them replace two skylights that were 30 years old and foggy. This time Joes brother Ruben was incharge of the job. They again were neat and on time, and with their crew did an excellent job."

"My chimney was deteriorating and after struggling with it and a leaky roof for the past several years, I decided to make the plunge to have it fix once and for all. After receiving recommendations and reviewing Angie’s list, I asked 7 companies for bids and 4 responded. I had the first company take pictures so that I could see the problem(s) first hand, which proved to be invaluable for subsequent bids and discussions. One said for $500 he’d stucco the old chimney and “if” that didn’t stop the leaks, he’d recommend I get the chimney replaced. I sent pictures to Integrity Masonry and asked for a bid to either fix or replace it. Upon reviewing the photos, Arnold Pack, the owner, sent me a bid in April to replace the chimney. The third company offered to do water seal, crown coat, & flashing seal for $707 but could not guarantee the warranty on water seal treatment without my purchasing a flue liner for $879. REALLY?!?! In mid July, the last company interviewed recommended the chimney be torn down and rebuild for $5,475 & ‘recommended’ the flue be lined with an aluminum flex liner for $815, or a stainless steel liner for $1,375 – total cost $6290 or $6850. Of course, I did my due diligence regarding the “liner” and found it wasn’t necessary for my situation. After 4 months of bids, discussions & more aggravation, I contacted Integrity Masonry, accepted their bid and they began the first week of August. In a word, this is a GREAT small business! The Integrity Masonry crew pictured below (Jeremiah [Arnold’s son], Billy, Tim and Arnold ) are amazingly hard workers, and really good guys. They dismantled the old chimney on the first day, carrying all the old bricks off the roof in buckets, removed 2 clay flues that were broken, then cleaned off the roof and other debris before they left. Arnold bought me three different sets of bricks and I selected the color that I wanted. As the guys began dismantling the chimney, I showed Arnold the ceiling leak inside the house as well as the chimney clean out cavity in the basement, which he emptied. He didn’t think the chimney caused the leak, then sent in one of his crew, a former roofer, who was also skeptical that the chimney was the case of the leak. During the course of dismantling the chimney and examining the roof, they found that water was getting in behind a downspout, seeping in and around some loose roof tiles and oddly angled areas that were hard to get at and hadn’t been properly sealed. The next day with bricks and clay flue liners in tow (having scoffed at the notion that I needed either an aluminum or stainless steel liner), the crew built the new chimney in one long and hot summer day. Since the black chimney cap screen which I already had was in good shape with a little rust, I got some Krylon metal spray paint and Arnold gave it a few coats which prevented me from having to purchase a new one. Finally, since the leaky roof still needed to be addressed, on a subsequent day, Arnold returned with the roofer, and having figured out what the problem was, spent the good part of a third day doing this repair which was above and beyond the chimney work, for which I paid an additional $125. And thus far, no more leaks! Whoopee! THIS OUTFIT IS ONE OF THE BEST-KEPT SECRETS IN COLUMBUS. Integrity Masonry is ABsolutely FABulous! The guys worked hard and the price was more than fair! Salt-of-the-earth guys with an honest day’s work ethic. You can’t get any better than that. I will definitely hire Integrity Masonry again. Kudos to them!"

"Prior to the roof being replace I had several leaks. They were very professional... took the time to help me understand what work was being done and was very patient answering questions. Quality of work was phenomenal. Work was done very quickly and my home was left clean. After my roof was complete I received aerial photos in the mail on a flashdrive for myself and an extra for a friend. Overall a great experience."

"They came out and confirmed that the problem was not with the roof itself but with the mortar in the chimney needing tuckpointing.  Because they don't do this work , I'll have to get another company instead.  But even though I wasn't able to use their services, I experienced the representatives from Tiller as exceptionally friendly and professional, and I would not hesitate to turn to them again in the future."

"My enclosed gas fireplace had not been used in well over 2 years. I wasn't sure if it was in working order if it needed to be replaced. The tech called and arrived early (worked great for me), quickly assessed the situation, cleaned the unit and lit it. He also took the time to help me understand the functioning of the unit. THAN YOU!"

"The sales rep was wonderful. We knew our shingles were old and needed to be replaced. The slew rep asked if our insurance was covering the cost or part of it. We said no. He inspected the roof and found a lot of hail damage. We contacted the insurance company. They sent out an inspector, and our sales rep came to shoe him pictures and to point out the damage, so insurance covered almost the entire cost! This company had a very good selection of materials and colors and the sales rep was very helpful with suggestions. The job was completed in one day. There was a wonderful project manager who was there the whole time, watching that things were done correctly. He answered questions and pointed out problems and their solutions. He had them re-do a small part because he wanted it perfect. All of the workers were industrious and conscientious. They took care to protect our siding, windows and landscaping. They cleaned up afterwards. We are very pleased with the work, the materials, and the professionalism of all of the workers. I recommended them to a neighbor. Another neighbor saw the sales rep come and measure, and asked about having his roof done, and ended up having his done the same day! <br /> I highly recommend Roofing Annex! <br />"

"Dennis Jacob installed a new fireplace insert to replace an existing insert by the same manufacturer (Lopi). He also installed a new flue liner and repaired the chimney cap. They removed the old insert and put it in my truck. I was very pleased with the professionalism of the company and the quality of the work. I got one other estimate, and Pro Sweep was considerably less. It was a dirty job, but they cleaned up the mess so that the area was as clean as when they started. Dennis was also willing to explain what he was doing as he worked. When the basic work on the stove installation was done, Dennis found that one of the fire bricks in the stove was broken. Also, he did not have the wire for the chimney cap repair. We agreed that I would pay only part of the bill until the brick was replaced and the work on the chimney cap was completed. They returned later to replace the brick and complete the chimney cap repair. I am very pleased with the result and recommend them highly."
