One company said they could come out in a week to take a look -- Eco Plumbers was out to the house within an hour or so of talking with them and our new tankless water heater was installed the same day. Sales and installation people were all great -- very professional, knowledgeable, and competent. Derek, the lead installer, was especially good and took time to explain everything to me and answer all my questions."

"I had an issue with the initial technician, so I called and asked to speak to a services manager. The manager promptly returned my call, and arranged for another technician to come to my house. The second technician ("handlebar Chuck) was awesome! The customer services was EXCELLENT!!! He patiently listened to my concerns, answered all of my questions and provided me accurate information re: the cost of repair vs. replacement. I decided to replace the water heater and, even though it very late in the day, Chuck was able to install the new water heater that evening."

"This is the second time I’ve had them out. The first time, I had a water line leak spraying a fine mist all over the furnace room. The response to that on a weekend, was phenomenal!! This time, I needed a new hot water tank and a new kitchen faucet installed. They are punctual, friendly, and clean up after they are done. "This is the 2nd time I have used Safe Electric and both times I have used them have been great experiences. I had 3 new fixtures installed plus a new circuit run to be used for a new freezer in our finished basement. Jon & Eric were the two electricians that were sent to my home. They worked efficiently and quickly, but did outstanding work. Even though our basement had a finished ceiling, they were able to run a wire through with minimal disruption to the finished ceiling. I had concerns about the alignment of the lights on the fixture (this was a manufacturing defect and nothing to do with their installation) and they obliged me by improving the light alignment. They also cleaned up after they were completed and disposed of the old light fixtures and packaging materials for the new fixtures. Their work was excellent. The only negative aspect was the price which seemed very high to me. The cost for installation of the 3 light fixtures was $462 and the new circuit was $903."
