"Hornets are no fun. Especially for my wife who jumps out of her skin at the sign of a fly! So, I was really happy that the team at 1st and Goal Pest & Animal Control was on point to remove the nest and eliminate the Hornets from our backyard. Ant this was no small task as the nest was upwards of 30 feet hanging form a branch. They came up with an innovative approach using a long extension pole and swatting the nest off the branch. A quick douse with insecticide and the nest was packed up and off my property. Hats off to the team at First and Goal - you guys really came through for us. Thank you, John & Lorraine"

"They came today and were here for 10 minutes. I assume that they did the job I hired them to do, but since I did not get on a ladder to check my gutters, I don't know what kind of job they did on a 2500 square foot house in 10 minutes. They cleaned up and took a small amount of trash with them. I don't know how to give this service a rating."

Cody was not only responsive, professional and informative, but he worked in cold weather and solved the problem as far as I can tell at this time. He suggested preventive measures that I purchased. Since I was unable to compare completed cost quotes, I'm not sure I can rate the price as excellent, but it was in line with what other companies' speculations of what work might be needed. My only problem has been getting the promised warranty document from the franchise owner in Michigan."

"We chose Precious Pets after doing research on multiple pet transport companies over the Internet.  We found that air transport was too costly and time intensive for our needs, and Precious Pets offered the best service for the price for ground transport.   <br /> We put down deposits for the two cats and the dog and set everything up for the transport of three out of our four pets (one cat came on the plane with us).  Everything was fine until it was time to get a date and time for pickup.  The moving company had arrived and was packing up our home, and we were set to fly out later in the week, but we couldn't get in contact with the company for a pickup date and time despite multiple calls and e-mails.  It turns out one employee was at a conference out of the country and another was out for some other reason.  We were pretty stressed out as we weren't sure whether our pets would be picked up from our house while we were still in town or if we would have to kennel them and the company would pick them up from the kennel.  Finally, the day before we were to move, we got information on who would be picking up the pets and when; we immediately told our kennel when they could expect our pets to be picked up.   <br /> After this point, everything went smoothly  The driver picked everyone up, took our cats down to my mom's house near Tampa, and then drove our dog out to us in California.  The timelines were right on and everyone arrived safely.   <br /> Overall, the company did pretty well.  This was our first time using pet transport, but we feel when the company was in communication, everything went smoothly.  Payment was easy, and while we feel nearly $2000 is a lot to transport three animals, it was a very competitive price compared to other companies.  Also, the company seems to care about animals a lot, as was evidenced by the driver we talked to and met, and took good care of our pets. <br />"
