He showed us samples and guided us in selecting window film that turned out to provide an ideal blend of window clarity, tint color, screening out heat, while allowing a good level of light to pass through the windows. The installation team was punctual, polite, and professional. They removed the old film and installed new film quite efficiently. The final result looked great, and the clean up was such that there was no trace of the film removal or installation process. Marco followed up to ensure we were totally satisfied, and to ask if we had any questions about taking caring of the new film. The installation team had already briefed us, so our questions had been answered. This whole process was very pleasant, and achieved out objectives. "It took them 11 weeks to get my shower door installed! They were less than honest about my order throughout. Ultimately I didn’t even get what I initially ordered. They claim they told me the item I ordered was no longer available. They did not. When I emailed or called them to check on the status of my order, I never got a response. After 6 weeks of inaction on their part I finally contacted another sales rep and started to get answers. Not honest ones, but at least they were answers. I was told the door would be in in a couple of weeks. After 8 weeks the installation crew arrived with a door. NOT the door I ordered, but a door. I went to the office the next day and got a lot of bs from my sales person. She told me she had told the item I ordered was not available and I’d have to order something else. At this point I should have walked away, but I’m a slow learner. I ordered something else. They made a mistake on the order, but corrected it when I called them and sent them an email about it. 11 weeks after my initial order the door was installed. The install crew did an outstanding job. When this ordeal was over I wrote a letter to the owners detailing my experience with their company. I got no response. I wasn’t surprised. I do not recommend using this company."

But, they had to come back a 2nd time to fill in the hole. See pictures. Yes, I was taken advantage of. I paid way too much. The final bill matched the estimate but in retrospect it was too much. Customer service simply stopped once I started challenging the work that was done. I have a large pipe sticking out of my condo that is unsightly. After I asked to have it corrected I was ignored. I would not recommend this company."

Start with windows that take the brunt of the sun, such as south- and east-facing panes or large sunroom windows. For most homes, a visible-light transmission (VLT) of 50% or lower strikes a good balance between privacy and daylight.
