"This company repaired all wall cracks in my basement and installed a drain system on all walls of my basement. This company showed up when they were suppose to and completed the work on my basement in a timely matter. I had to contact this company to come back out after the work was done but come to find out, the problem we experienced was not due to any of the work this company had previously done however they still repaired the problem without charging us anymore money. Would definitely recommend this company to others."

"Every question was answered from the beginning, in the middle, and when the job was over with. Turned out we needed extra work different from just waterproofing and it got handled with ease. Such a relief now knowing our basement will not flood or our walls will not continue to cave in."

"My experience with Advanced Restoration and Wateroroofing was very positive. The initial consulation with Marty was straight-forward and with no pressure. He gave me different options and never tried to oversell. Once I made my decision, both Marty and the owner, Mike Bird, stayed in touch ahead of the ptoject work. Mike Jr.and crew arrived on the scheduled day and finished the waterptoofing project in the time-frame they estimared. They were communicative and always helpful with any questions I had. When they were finished. Mike Jr. spent a good amount of time showing me the work they had done both inside and outside. The basement work looked great and they cleaned up everything once they were done. Outside, Mike Jr..recommended other projects in the backyard that I could do myself to futher divert water from the foundation. It was a very positive experience and I recommend them to anyone needing waterproofing or foundation work done"

"The gentlemen were kind, courteous and respectful. As I mention above, my slab was 8ft by 16 ft. Along one 16ft edge, the slab had dropped by about 4 inches. I don't know when it was installed, but I would guess it was part of the original construction (1954), and was enclosed probably in the 70s. The gentlemen arrived with 1 2ft bubble level and 2 digital levels which were perhaps 1ft in length. From there, they proceeded to place their 2 ft level so that its end touched the 16ft edge, the opposite end parallel to the 8ft dimension. They raised the level so the buble was centered and marked the adjacent brick wall about 1 inch up from its base. Did I mention the slab is 8 ft wide in the parallel dimension to their level? Did I mention the slab had dropped about 4 inches along that 16ft edge? I suggested they use my 4 ft level instead, which they really didn't, relying in their 2dt and 1ft levels instead. They raised the dropped edge about 2 inched, and the whole slab about one inch, resulting in the edge which was down 4 inches, being down only 3 inches now. At this point, cracks began to precipitate in the slab, so they suggested we stop, which I agreed. Then they suggested my 4ft level was inaccurate, and that their 2ft level was more accurate, reporting the slab only slightly out of level. At that point, I stacked their level on top of mine, and demonstrated that their level centered the bubble before mine did, but when my bubble was centered, so was theirs; their level was inaccurate with respect to mine! In the end I was told that, once the foam was fully cured, I could get a subsequent leveling. Unfortunately, they had no more open appointments until March. Meanwhile, that slab was under my laundry room, which I removed, temporarily supporting the roof with beams on the surrounding ground, and engineered joists. Since I'd rather wash my clothes at home than wait til March, I decided to level the build a floor over the slab instead, as the foundation for the new laundry room structure (enclosing the plumbing for the laundry room might also prove useful when the outside temperature falls below freezing soon). To be fair, when the job was quoted, I asked about the ability to lift the entire structure, and was assured that wouldn't be a problem, so the guy who quoted the job did not know I would tear the structure down. However, he surely knew there was a chance the slab would crack, and that if it did, they would not be able to address the remainder of the leveling until March. My general review is this: * Admit to the problems which could occur up front so that the consumer can make a wise choice, rather than selling the job with promises of making the slab level. I have no doubt that, give the time, they could make it level. But starting the job in October, and finishing it in March is not acceptable. * Have proper equipment and train your people to use it. Showing up with a 2ft bubble level and 1 ft digital levels, then not understanding that the lift indicated by a 2ft level, when brought to level, is only 1/4th the lift needed for an 8ft span is rank naivete on levels and similar triangles. Not knowing that the pinch of the vile, (or likely the curve, in the vile is offset to one edge, as their 2fter was) determines the accuracy of the level was just the final blow for my assessment of their competence. The fact that I wound up doing exactly what I was trying to avoid; build a wooden platform which was level on top of the sloped slab, makes it seem like a complete waste of $1700 to have them come to my house. I only hope that the result of the foam pumping is that any voids under the slab were filled, and that it now has a foundation under it which will not erode further. I am certain they do fine work, and the price I paid was in line with what i was expecting. The workmanship and apparent level of competence, however, was disappointing."

"I found AAA Sewer & Drain Cleaning online and sent a information request via email. Jim gave me a call the next day and offered a fair quote (even with driving to the edge of his servicible area). I asked for his advice in another plumbling area and he joyfully checked it out after his job was done. Jim and Rob were a pleasure to work with and I look forward to working with them again!"

"It was a small job. They sealed the vents to the crawlspace, then, since there was already solid insulation panels on the walls, put a vapor/moisture barrier, in the form of a tarp, 4 feet wide and as long needed, completely around the crawlspace. It was then sealed to the walls with "nails" and adhesive. This seals the wood frame of the house from the 'Outside", the ground, which is the floor of the crawlspace. A 20 mil thick, quite heavy, "floor" was installed, also in the form of a tarp, It went up the walls about 3 feet and was taped to the 'tarp" on the walls, using a tape made for this application. The piers were wrapped with the same stuff and taped to seal the inside from the outside. the "floor" is also a vapor/moisture barrier, but, heavy enough to walk on if needed. This basically makes the crawlspace another room, rather than the outside. Our house is one year old and was already getting mold on the floor joists. Since the air in the crawlspace will now be heated in the winter and cooled in the summer, just like the rest of the house, the mold and cold (52 degrees) floors we experienced last winter will hopefully be eliminated. We shall see when dumb winter gets here."

"The first time it was $21,000, then we had them do some additional...they gave us an estimate, I think of around $6000 and honestly we haven't paid them because they haven't finished. They seemed very professional. I thought they would do an excellent job. They could match our color scheme. This is in a company that is warranted, life time paint, never have to paint again and if we do, we'll come out time and time again to do it. So the idea was great and we had been having to paint the brand new home every year. We were tired of that and they seemed like they could do a great job and the product seemed very good. We had them paint it the first time and we had room additions added and they painted that. It seemed very good and very professional. They painted some things that they shouldn't have like the windows, so it is hard to close them. Overall they did a decent job but then the last time they came out to do some repair work, they actually did some construction in addition to the painting and then they didn't match the paint colors correctly. They didn't finish the repair work, where they thought they might have finished it, it wasn't as it was before architecturally, aesthetically pleasing anymore. I had a punch out list and I said, this is all the punch out list that needs to be addressed. They said something about, okay they'll take care of it but they never scheduled a time or place to review the punch out list or to schedule to get them fixed. We have been calling and they've not been returning our calls. We thought they were out of business actually. Then last year all of our windows sills rotted and again, with the paint that wouldn't have happened. We replaced all of our windows. The window company actually reached out to Hoosier Permanent Coatings  and they are still in business as you probably found them in your system. They said well because we didn't pay them that last amount our, warranty is null and void. So we've been trying to call them, we leave messages and they don't call us back. If we talked to them maybe this thing can be settled."

"Scheduling was a nightmare.  The first scheduled appointment was a 'no show' and when I called they indicated their was a mistake with a new person on the scheduling.  In attempting to reschedule, they had to work within the schedule that they would have a truck available in my area.
We rescheduled and they called and cancelled due to a truck break-down.
We rescheduled and they showed up.
The two guys they sent were professional and thorough but provided misinformation.  They took a picture of the flashing on my chimney and told me that they didn't touch it because of the rust but felt the entire cap needed to be replaced.  I checked into that and it was going to be almost $1,000.00 to install a new one.  I got a second and third opinion and the cap did not need replacing, it simply needed to be sealed and painted.  It cost me $50 to get the repair completed.
