"We have used Cummins Termite & Pest Control ever since we purchased our house 21 years ago. During that long and happy relationship, we have always had the same technician. Chris has always been prompt, polite and a complete professional. We have a dog and Chris is a dog lover. He always has a doggie treat at the ready and Felix loves him. Indeed, after 21 years, Chris is more than a service provider... he is a friend of the family. In addition to Chris, the rest of the Cummins team is excellent, always calling the day before to remind us of the appointment. Billing is always accurate and we have Cummins set up on auto-pay, so it's an entirely hassle-free relationship. We would recommend Cummins Termite & Pest Control to anyone who is looking for an effective and reliable pest control service."

"Green Mango is good at killing bugs!  They aren't so good at working with customers on scheduling.  They like to schedule you and show up when it fits into their "optimized" routing system.  If their preselected date and time aren't convenient for you it is very difficult to get them to reschedule.  I have had numerous conversations with the office staff to resolve this issue but it seems like the same thing happens every time they schedule.  I like to be there when they complete the service to allow access to all areas of the home.  Apparently many customers don't have that need so they schedule them when its convenient for Green Mango.  I have dealt with both owners and they are professional and helpful when contacted.  The office staff can get rude at times when calling to reschedule their preselected service time.  Overall I am happy with the pest control but disappointed in the staff and scheduling issues.

"My dog found a dead squirrel in the front yard on Wednesday evening, 10/4/23. I began my internet search to find a company to handle a quick and humane disposal of the squirrel. Very few companies advertise this service, so I contacted at least 5 companies. Best Pest and Wildlife Control responded immediately on Thursday. Sean was very professional, knowledgeable, friendly and connected me with the local team who immediately scheduled me for an early Friday morning appointment. I was contacted by the Technician first thing in the morning and he arrived within a half hour. Bailey was polite, professional, knowledgeable and picked up the squirrel and disinfected the area where the squirrel laid to rest. I had a concern about the billing which they immediately resolved. This company is very professional, knowlegable and professional, doing what they say they will do. I highly recommend them."
