"I met with Paul and told him what my idea was for the remodel of my master bath. We discussed my plan and he advised me from there. From the very beginning, he told me what to expect along the way and everything went according to plan. Paul works by himself so the job took a little longer than it would have with a crew but he is a perfectionist and very talented at his trade so having the job take a little bit longer was not an issue for us. I asked him for his opinion many times along the way and I was very glad that I took his advice. When we didn't know who to use for a plumber, Paul suggested a guy that he works with often and the plumber turned out to be a great plumber with reasonable prices and one we will continue to use. When we weren't sure about who to use for the glass, he suggested someone he had worked with and again, we will continue to use them too. <br /> Paul is one of those guys with an old fashioned work ethic. He comes at the same time everyday and works hard with little to no breaks. "Shannon was great about coming out and explaining the entire cleaning, polish and sealing process. The bid seemed high and I discussed it with her. When we reviewed how much work was involved and the process, I selected PV interiors over a significantly lower bid. <br>I am sure glad i did! Wayne and Rob were prompt, efficient with an excellent eye for detail.  <br>They came out at 8:00 am and immediately got to work moving out the furniture. The cleaning and polishing of the travertine floors made them look amazing. I am thrilled with the results. The floors look better than new. Wayne took the time to make sure all the stone imperfections where addressed and I really feel they went the extra mile. The entire process took two full days to do including sealing the showers.  <br>I would recommend PV Interiors to everyone! A++. I will keep them on my speed dial for my next project. <br> <br>"

"Met Gary Davis the owner. He was nice and helpful.  He sent Scott to our house to finalized the details.  Scott was fabulous for his part and the best experience of this deal. I chose them because they were highly rated on Angies List, price was good and they promised everything I wanted. Then this is what actually happened.     <br /> 1. The installer was scheduled to come and take measurements in a 1-3 pm window.  He got at my house at 5:00pm. <br /> 2. They called me and set my install time at 8-9am.  On the day of installation, at 9:30am they had not arrived.   I called and asked if something was wrong and they told me that the install was scheduled for 1-3pm. The pulled the file and realized their mistake and got the installer at 10:36 AM. <br /> 3. After install, I paid them and they left.  I looked at the sinks and 2 of the 3 sinks were not staight.  I called the office and they sent the installers back to fix them. <br /> 4.I ordered a 1/8 inch overlay of the granite over the sink holes and it is written on the work order.  It turned out to be 1/4 to 1/2 inch.  Not what I ordered or wanted and I emphasized this several times.  Scott even wrote it in big letters on the work order and they did not do it.  <br /> 5. I have 7 drawers that pull out under the sinks.  The granite comes so far down in the master I cannot even open one drawer and 2 others rub the granite when I open them.  I will have to hire someone to lower my drawers to fit.  They should have put some filler or something so the drawers would work properly. <br /> I liked Scott, but the end result was not what I was promised and install process was stressful.  They are over rated on Angies List and would not recommend to anyone.  With all the installers in the Phoenix area I would use someone else and not take a chance with Stonhenge.  This could happen to you. <br />"
