"The relief valve on our water heater started leaking, which caused me to call a plumber. The Will's All Pro representative did a very prompt, very complete analysis of the problem. It was clearly time to replace our old tank-type water heater. We settled on a more efficient tankless as a replacement. The installer team arrived that same day, with ALL of the parts and pieces needed for a clean and efficient installation. We also discovered very high water pressure in the house which was addressed by installing a heavy-duty PRV valve. Overall an excellent professional installation. We are very pleased."
