"I had a great-experience today with the removal and installation of our new Chimney kit. Billy and Christian were the installation guys that showed up promptly at schedule time. For a two man team, they worked swiftly. Since they had to remove my old Chimney kit then install the new kit which was over three stories high I thought it'd take all day but they were extremely clean & professional. This team explained the entire process from start to finish. I'd recommend this company to anyone! They were so professional that the whole neighborhood came out to watch them work. If you go elsewhere it’s your own fault!"

"Devon and Casey were great, came out and took some measurements and were back within a few days to put the caps on. Unfortunately, the measurements were a bit off for one of the caps and they had to remanufacture it before they could install it. The guys were really awesome and came out on a Saturday so that the cap was installed before Tropical Storm Irma came through. They also took pictures of the installation so that I could see the work they did. Unfortunately for me, I found a few leaks along the chimney, post storm and at first I was concerned that maybe the flashing was damaged during the pan installation. Steve and the guys listen to my concerns and came back out to reinspect everything, which I really appreciated. They were completely willing to step up and take responsibility. Bad news for me was that the flashing wasn't properly sealed around the metal roof, Good news for them was that they did everything right. I would totally recommend these guys and if I have any more chimney needs, they'll be the first I call."

".the inspector,vann showed up on time..he explained every detail.cleaned and inspected my one chimney,also used camera with video monitor so we could view inside the chimney...he suggested my chimneycap was rusty and in need of crown seal or new custom cap..both were kind of expensive..i decided hold off and maybe get the seal later..vann did not have the inspection forms with him but i did get the inspection report thru email 2 days later...i was happy with the service"

The site supervisor was by each day to go over the progress and any issues that found during removal of old shingles and during installation of new materials. The field crew was very professional and made sure that all debris was cleaned each day before they left. "Bryan Greenhaw provided me with excellent service. He rearranged my gas logs to let the gas line be exposed to more oxygen. It now provides a bigger flame and will no longer deposit any residue on the chimney walls. He also checked the gas line for leaks. Fortunately, there were none. He inspected the cap on our chimney and recommended that I have it sanded and repainted to lengthen it's life."
