We accepted FF's proposal in totality including the suggested upgrade, except for a middle or third rail. Anything missing from the scope of our job was not due to us turning it down. While installing the new gate, the workers got spray paint on the house (pic). Awkward transition from the gate to the connecting fence. The problem was fixed, see the before and after pic. Did not connect the new fence to the old section of fence. The problem was fixed, see before picture. They removed cinder blocks that were preventing soil erosion on the slope between my house and our neighbor's house with new boards. The new boards do were unsightly and do not prevent erosion."

A 200+ foot Wrought iron fence on a property line with both elevation changes and curved horizontally (actually an arc of a circle). The design had to incorporate 10 existing pillars with lanterns on each pillar. The project included a 42 -foot combination driveway/RV access gate. The gate consists of two 21 feet fence panels rolling on tracks, motorized chain driven, and remote controlled. There is also a pedestrian gate between two existing pillars. "Superior Home Remodeling recently replaced roof on my house. I hired this company because they gave me competitive price and were available soon and that was most important to me. They shoved up on time and finished this project within 3 days and quality of work is excellent. My new roof is great! Thank you!"

"Arrived on time to provide estimate and few days later to do the work. For the curtain rod his work was excellent. The rod was centered exactly and installed level, he painted the walls with extra paint and must have feathered the edges so well I couldn't tell there had been any recent touchup. He did a great job on the rain gutters & corrected one downspout that was leaking, another downspout was rusting and jammed with debris but he couldn't knock out the debris. Instead of removing the rusted downspout (it was lightweight metal but soddered or attached at top) he just told me he was unable to clean it.  He also installed an iron/blown glass sconce on a stucco patio wall and did a great job.I would recommend him but originally I had asked him to help me replace some wood trim on window sills that I had to repair from dryrot, as his profile mentioned woodwork or carpentry, but he wasn't willing to help with the single hung wood windows because he was afraid he didn't have enough experience with that type of work. I think he's a perfectionist of sorts but may be reluctant to try projects he can't "master".

"It worked out well. I haven't gone up there to check the gutters myself. But they had a crew out, they worked. I think they did a good job. They came out the day after I purchased the Big Deal. I got them to give me an estimate to fix the leaks in the roof, but I thought it was too high, so I went with someone else. They did the job efficiently. They had a lot of guys out here. Very good price. I'm assuming it is done properly. We've had a lot of rain and I don't see any problems. I would use them again if they gave me that good deal. It was a good service, but the prices are high, unless you get a discounted offer through Angie's List. The estimate for the roof was very high. The young guys who did the work were really very professional. The job they did was good."
