When the time came, they called to schedule a pickup, came to our house to get the sofa, had it for about a week and a half, and delivered us back a sofa that was better than new. The decorator helped us pick out fabrics (not her fault that we have expensive tastes). We purchased the fabric and because it was mid December, we were told that if we were willing to wait until after the holidays they would pick up the chair and return it during the same week.) The chair was picked up on Monday morning, Jan. 9th and returned on Friday morning, Jan. 13. Their work is impeccable. It is a beautiful, very comfortable piece of furniture. When you look at the picture of the chair you will be able to see how beautifully the pattern lines up, which does contribute to both the cost of the material and the construction, but well worth it. "Everything about my experience with Furniture and Repairs was positive. They clearly explained their assessment process and reasonable charge to come out to personally inspect my furniture. They explained that once an estimate was provided, upon accepting the estimate they would deduct that charge from my total cost. My husband then decided (as a surprise to me) that he would have Jack sand the entire table and refinish it with a color which matched the furniture in our new home. Now this meant that it took longer but it was worth every second of waiting for the finished table to be delivered to us. Jack matched the color very well with a sample my husband provided to him.
