"Our project was actually a crawlspace encapsulation. We have a lake cabin that was built in the 1960's. It had a dirt floor in the crawlspace with bare block masonry foundation walls. It also had old, damp batt insulation that was falling down from the joist spaces. American Waterworks came in, removed the old insulation (a nasty job!), laid down a 2 layer moisture barrier system and spray foamed the foundation walls and rim joist area. I can't believe what a difference this has made to our air quality, much warmer floors. We used to have to wipe down the windows every morning during the winter because of condensation. Not any more! I would highly recommend this company if you have the same needs!!"

They answered all my questions and made some alterations to where the extra dirt was put and provided extra tarps to cover the dirt in case of rain. In fact we loved the work so much we also had pablo remodel our office space doing everything from completely gutting the interior and had them frame up 4 office spaces all the way down to the fine finishes. Framing, drywall, painting, tile, hardwood floors, kitchen cabinets, countertops, installed new windows, siding and will be hiring them again in the spring to do my roof. "Paul did a great job.  Our previous contractor didn't do a very good job on the rough openings for the doors so it took longer than Paul thought to install the doors, but he didn't charge us extra.  Every door looks really good.  The wall he finished for us looks a lot better than the other walls.  We should have called him first.  He will be getting a call from us on any more work we need for sure."

"In Spring 2012, we obtained quotes from three companies to tear out two existing retaining walls along the driveway and re-build them using Versalok, excavate and grade the backyard, and build a 3.5 - 4 foot retaining wall in the backyard using the stone from the old retaining walls. Genadek had the middle quote; they were also the only company to follow up with a phone call. The whole job took about 4 1/2 weeks. Stan, Mike, Tim,  Rob and Andrew were very professional and friendly; our neighbors even raved about them. They cleaned up the job site at the end of each day and communicated frequently so there were no surprises.
My only recommendation to those interested in hiring Genadek is to get on their schedule early. Their calendar books up fast!
