The tech found the problem, ordered the part and came back as soon as it was available. Besides the good service, I had another issue. I usually purchase an annual maintenance agreement from TMI and this year, either forgot or didn't get a reminder, so I didn't have the agreement, which allows for a discount on any parts, as well as tune up service twice a year.
