The people (from the customer service reps to the billing to the drivers) have all been honest and realistic with expectations, answered all of my questions and never charged me more than what is advertised on their website. Patricia and Victoria have gone out of their way to return my many phone calls on the weekends too. You just don't get customer service these days anymore like the bullbag provides.They came when they said they would, did what they said they would do and did it professionally and pleasantlly. It is a pleasure working with such an honest and reputable company. Especially since the dumpster industry has not been know for this! These guys are definitely setting the bar high for all their competition."

"All three jobs went great. For the water heater replacement Lewis came to my house at a convenient time for me, removed the heater changed out the rotted pipes and installed a new one with warranty. The price was great too. This job was time sensitive and he made me a priority to get it done. For the bathroom tub drain unclog he was very professional and did a great job. My garbage disposal was leaking and I came home to a pool of water in my cabinet and on the floor. Lewis came out quickly to resolve the issue for me. He replaced everything under the sink and showed me what he was doing each step of the way. I think that he is a great plumber if you want to get quality work and learn about each job too."

"Did all the demo and redid my restroom. Replaced the bathtub, toilet and sink. He replaced the flooring with beautiful tile. And he fixed the leak coming from the roof. Everything looks beautiful. He left me with a futuristic restroom. He is my go to guy, we can trust him. He stayed a little longer to fix the switches."

The day of the job, Project Supervisor Marc arrived early and went over the entire job with the crew. All company representatives left us with a business card with their cell #'s to call if we required anything. The installation crew was amazing. They arrived early and began immediately. They were no nonsense, very focused and, worked like a well oiled machine. All Vista team members were polite and respectful of my special request to be cognizant around some of my more cherished trees & shrubs. They sent out contractors on their list. They don?t do the actual work. What they would do is schedule the contractor and then the contractor would not show up and then they would say we thought we called you to tell you they had rescheduled or something like that. The contractors sent the quotes to Top Notch and then Top Notch gave us the quotes. There were a lot of different things to be done. One company they sent out added something to the quote that was not to have been in there. They did not provide the insurance company with the proper paperwork that was necessary

We were out of town when the project was scheduled to start and Dean kept us updated on the progress and a few delays that were encountered due to weather, etc. We are very pleased with how the deck turned out and we would not hesitate to hire Dean and his crew again for future projects."
