Only additional cost was for replacement shut-off valves needed due to the type of faucet I had selected and even that was quite reasonable. Great service. I will use this provider for other work I require.

"Gary returned my initial phone call promptly and came by soon after to inspect the space. He sent me an estimate within 3 days and once I accepted, scheduled the first work day. Gary and his assistant arrived on time and got right to work. Over the course of several days I observed that Gary and Forrest were detail oriented, didn't take shortcuts, and we're very concerned with doing things correctly and well. On the first day, I added to the scope of work and Gary easily agreed to the additional work and got me an estimate for the new work. "I sent a request for estimation on Sunday afternoon, they called within half an hour and scheduled time for Monday morning to visit our location and give us an estimate. Their technician gave us all our options, including re-plumbing the entire bathroom or just fix the two small CPVC-Copper connection leaks. We ended up going with the full re-plumbing option in PEX so we would have a sense of security as this bathroom has been an issue for us since we bought our house. They were reasonably priced and obviously took the time to do a good job. We really appreciate them helping us out on such short notice without price-gouging us!"

"Needed repairs to vaulted ceiling joint cracks. House is 25 years old. Job went well and cracks were fixed. Note: November 2018 - cracks showed up again. Jim will return to repair under warranty. Another review will be added following warranty repair."

They were average. They were nice guys but didn't really do what I thought they would do. They just seem really disorganized. Two guys working on one faucet, it took a couple of hours and it is still dripping.

Went under the house found the pipe shook it and said here is the problem. Hr removed a section of the pipe and found the stoppage removed it , repaired pipe and sink workes like new.
