The second technician ("handlebar Chuck) was awesome! The customer services was EXCELLENT!!! "This was a over-time job, since they were booked up during normal hours and we were completely without hot water. One of their guys came out the next day on Saturday morning. Very professional, showed up when they said they would and called ahead to let us know they were on their way. Replaced the hot the tank with a new one. Our old one was 18 years old, so made sense to replace it. They let us know the thermo-couple on the old one could be replaced, but probably would not be worth the cost given the age and condition of the tank and copper lines attached (much corrosion). I agreed. Job was completed in a few hours, done professionally and up to code. They removed a make-shift concrete dam around the old tank and installed a new pan under the new tank along with new copper lines to/from the tank. They cleaned up and took the old tank away."
